The neighborhood is well served by shops and transportation, a few steps from the Basilica of St. Paul Outside the Walls, close to schools, shops, supermarkets, Roma Tre University, CTO Andrea Alesini Hospital.
Ultra-fast fiber wi-fi connection.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a residential building with a lift.
It consists of:
* Kitchen equipped with: dining table, electric induction hob, refrigerator, moka for Italian espresso, microwave, kettle, pots, pans and all kitchen utensils.
* One double bedroom and one triple bedroom. In the triple room there is in addition to the double bed, a comfortable armchair bed and a terrace.
* Two bathrooms complete with shower, sink and bidet.
* Large living room equipped with sofa bed and smart tv.
The ultra-fast fiber WI-Fi connection is guaranteed throughout the apartment, excellent for smart-working.
Air conditioning available from May 15th to October 15th.
The apartment is equipped with washing machine and cleaning material.
The accommodation can accommodate up to 7 adults ideal for families, large groups or for two couples thanks to the two bedrooms.
