Nightmare of a stay/host. The property did not have hot water for both days we had booked. Host promised to send plumber to fix, but it was never scheduled and I wasted a whole morning waiting (had to cancel one of our excursions because we couldn't shower) for a plumber who never showed. Place had a very strong odor of cheap perfume and host did not provide Wifi instructions/password until day 2 of our stay. To top off our nightmare stay, the elevator was not working the morning of our departure, so our heavy luggage had to be physically carried down 3 flights of stairs causing is to miss our original Uber and having barely making our train to FCO airport. Host promised refund, but never followed through and did not pay refund. Went back and forth for Vrbo customer service for 2 weeks and they gave up and said their is nothing more they could do. Having hot water and promised internet and a working elevator are the bare minimum standards for a Vrbo host property and everything about this stay did not even meet minimum expectations. Such a horrible way to end an otherwise wonderful vacation. Don't make the same mistake with this host/property :(
