Perfect location -

Excellent location. Friendly manager. Comfortable bed. Quiet and safe even though the location was perfect! could use a little furniture refresh but definitely fine!

가성비 좋은 방2개 화장실2개 아파트

위치 - 걸어서 10분 이내 거리에 스파냐 역이 있고 바로 앞에 택시집합소가 있어서 택시 잡기 좋음. 체크아웃 후 짐 맡기고 돌아다닐 업체도 있어서 편함. 많이 시끄럽지도 않음. 주변에 레스토랑들이 널려있어 밥 먹기 편하고 인근에 카르푸와 쿱이 있어서 장보기도 좋음. 시설 - 기대보다 낡았지만 지내기에 어려움 없었음. 뜨거운 물 잘나오고 화장실 잘 내려가고 난방 잘되고 인터넷 빠름. 주방도 부족한건 없고 화장실에 세탁기도 있어서 수건 빨아가며 쓸수 있음. 청소비 80유로 받는건 다른 아파트와 비교못해봐서 모르겠고 호텔닷컴 표면가격에 10만원정도의 세금과 80유로의 청소비와 관광세(인당 일당 3.5유로) 더해서 계산해야 함. 21시 이후 체크인과 10시 이후 체크아웃하면 추가비용 지불해야 함. 분리수거 해야하는건 불편함. 전체적으로 그 가격대에(1박 15만원) 방 두개에 화장실 두개 딸린 아파트룰 그 위치에 구하긴 힘들것 같음.
