First the directions for the hotel were not very clear. It shouldâve said to make sure to go to the lobby first instead of going to where the actual apts are. You would still need to go to the lobby either way to retrieve your keys or put your luggageâs in storage. Instead the driver dropped me off on the other side of the building and had to walk with my luggage in the cobblestone streets which are hard if youâve ever been to Rome. Anyway, just keep that in mind especially if you have heavy luggages. The location is great. There are a few shops nearby that are walkable within the area. A lot more shops are within a 10 min walk towards the Spanish steps. Thereâs also plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The staff are amazing and very helpful with my needs. The room was spacious and was perfect for my stay. The only complaint I had was the cleanliness of the bathroom. At first glance at the shower tiles I thought they were just variations of colors of the tiles but at a closer look it was actually mold. Mold that couldâve easily been cleaned but allowed to spread instead. It was not fun taking a shower there. Glad I only stayed a night. Not sure if all the bathrooms are like that ofcourse since I only saw mine. Overall I would stay again but maybe make sure to stay at the actual hotel where the lobby was.
Great customer service. Our luggage was delayed and they did everything possible to reach out to the airport help desk and coordinate arrival for our luggage.
Clean, quiet spacious rooms in the heart of Rome. The private balcony was a huge bonus.
The rooms are in a separate building, therefore, you need to check-in at the hotel reception 2 min walk from the entrance. The staff will assist you and walk you to the building and show you the access to the rooms on the top floor.
Good location and easy to reach. Much to do including restaurants shopping and sites. Very clean, great and responsive staff. Only complaint the non elevator access to the 4th floor. Must have good legs and stamina.
On arrival a very nice and cold bottle of Prosecco wine was waiting in the room as a welcome and it was very much appreciated.
