This place is very new so everything is very clean. The room is very spacious and high very. Very well maintained and clean, everything was put together and plenty of space for your items. Bathrooms are very clean and has the necessary items, bath and body wash and hand soap. 2 toothbrushes a shower cap and 3 sizes of towels. There is a coffee machine, electric hot water kettle and 4 tea cups with spoons and sugar. The management is not on hand but will be there for your check in and they are just a text away if you need anything or have any questions, a couple of times I contacted them and they responded immediately!! This place is like an apartment but minus a kitchen. Housekeeping is done daily and they are very tborough in their cleaning! There is an air conditioner as well. The bus stop is just a few steps around the corner and it takes you to many places. The area is very calm and quiet as that’s what we wanted away from the touristy places. This building does have an elevator but initially there are abt 8 steps yiu need to go up to get to the elevator. There is a doorman or a floor manager and he isn’t very nice so don’t bother asking him anything and PLEASE NOTE, this doorman is NOT employed by the Flaminio company. This building has tenants and other businesses. There are plenty of places to eat nearby with caffès and restaurants and a grocery store abt 10-15 mins walk. Don’t hesitate to book this place, you won’t be disappointed!
