Pros: Walking distance to Stadio Olimpico; very clean; comfy beds; nice sized patio; hosts were attentive once they knew there was a problem with heating and hot water (and offered compensation for our troubles). Cons: Communication off to a slow start with the original link not working; On the 9th floor up a very small elevator that holds 2 people; There is a view if you can see past the antennae and satellite dishes (not a huge deal, but when you advertise panoramic views...); Out of the way for transit; Much of the furniture is scruffy (but I don't blame them, you'd have to hoof a new couch up the 9 floors!); Temperamental heating and plumbing; Water pressure very poor in shower. All in all, for a lesser price with full transparency, it would have been fine.
