Central location, safe area, clean rooms, helpful and accommodating receptionist. It’s not a boutique hotel but I didn’t pay for a boutique hotel! Great place to see all of Rome for a 2 night stay.

wifi didn't work well. Staff didn't seem concerned, it didn't work well. I had to suggest they reset it. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling. Needs a good lick of paint in the room and hallways. Overall, far from the cleanest place I've stayed. Heard another guest saying there was hair on his towels at reception. I'm an American who gets a little annoyed at the state of cleanliness some hotels in Europe get away with. Photos look nice but the reality is not as pictured.

Center Rome 2bed 2 bath unit, quiet and spacious

Our stay at the Grand Master Suites was excellent. We had the executive suite which was a 2 bed 2 bath unit. It was spacious with high ceilings and very quiet due to the double pane windows. Alessandra was very helpful and nice throughout our stay, arranging a taxi for us and minding our bags before our room was ready. The location of the apartment is also excellent near the north end of via del corso, easy walking distance to many sights. The one downside we had was a sewer type smell that seemed to eminate from the 2nd bathroom. This did put us off a bit and my wife had trouble sleeping one night. Other than that and overall we had a great stay there finding the host and unit very hospitable.

This apartment was very spacious! We were not expecting to have the whole outside terrace to ourselves! It's an excellent location with lots of shopping and dining options. The apartment itself needs some updating. However, it did have everything needed to enjoy our stay and we love the space. Ants were a problem in some areas and couches definitely needed to be cleaned / or replaced. A shuttle was arranged for our departure and it worked out wonderfully. Staff was very attentive and friendly.

The location was great. Many shops and restaurants around. 5 minute walk to Spanish steps, 15 minutes to Trevi fountain, less than 30 to colosseum. The apartment was a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with a kitchen. From the description I thought it was just one room with 2 queen beds so we were pleasantly surprised with that. It also has an elevator (very small but enough for 1 person & 2 suitcases or 2 people) which was great after lugging our suitcases up many stairs at previous stays. I would stay here again if we are back in Rome.

The staff were good at communicating before our arrival. I feel like they tried to make it a good experience but there were some concerns. We could never find staff to help with things. Ie: more toilet paper and towels. There was a sign that said go to floor 4 for help but no one was ever there. We are used to hotels where staff were always available. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work. We came back with left over pizza and put the boxes on the table. After a short while the food and table was infested with ants. We had to use towels to cover the door and the fireplace as they kept coming in. We did share pics with management but they felt it was our fault in leaving food in the room. Non resolution was made for this concern

The room and bathroom were nice. Spacious for 3, my adult son slept on the single bed in the "living room". The arwa around us was great. Several pliazzo around for lots of shopping and dining options. Stayed for 2 nights. The main drawback for this hotel is limotes hours for front desk. Only 2-6 pm daily so some communication via Whatsapp or other means required, especially if you are out during those times. Other minor issues, only 1 chair in the room, not enough hooks in the bathroom for towels. Overall though a really nice stay.
