Perfect family stay near airport

Very large balcony with table for dining, although not much view other than the surrounding roofs. Room was supplied with plates and silverware, which made it easy to eat in. Two blocks from a wonderful public beach. Great takeaway pizzeria one block away. Safe neighborhood.

This is a great spot to stay when you have an early flight out of FCO. The mattress was comfortable, the room was clean, there's a small fridge, and our room had a terrace. It was an easy walk to the beach and lots of good restaurants.

I stayed two nights at Guest House Brezza Marina--the night I arrived in Italy and the night before my departure. I highly recommend it. The guest house is run by a lovely, helpful couple who recommended great places to eat. The room was immaculate. The bedding and towels smelled fresh. The furnishings were new and the bathroom was recently remodeled. Everything worked. It's in a quiet neighborhood a short walk to the water. On Sunday afternoon the long stretch of beach, was filled with Italian families enjoying themselves. Delightful!

Checking in was quick and easy. We were very grateful we were able to check in early. Communication was great. We were told about the amenities and shown how to work A/C, etc. Quiet building and location. So close to the beach (5minute walk). Room had great A/C and shower. Cute outdoor space for eating or relaxing. Traditional Italian apartment-very charming, older but well taken care of. We also greatly appreciated arrangements made for us at check in for a drive to the airport for 20€ at our requested time. Highly recommend this stay if you want to be close to the airport or need a relaxing stay by the beach after lots of walking in Rome!

Our flight arrived early, and we appreciated being able to leave our luggage at the guest house. The property is cute, quiet, and located in a safe, homey town near the beach. The host even recommended a phenomenal local restaurant, which we loved! However, transportation can be inconvenient. While the guest house is near the airport, it’s far from central Rome. Taxis are expensive, our ride to Rome was €100, and even the short ride from the airport cost €90, likely because we didn’t secure a price in advance. If your goal is to explore Rome’s main attractions, I’d recommend staying closer to the city. But if you’re looking for a peaceful beachside stay near the airport, Guest House Brezza is a charming choice.

Great stay!

We stayed one night to catch an early flight out of FCO. Location was very convenient to the airport. The manager was very friendly and welcoming! She was also super helpful getting us a taxi booked early the next morning. The room was very nice and fit 4 people well with plenty of space. Highly recommend!

We were only here for one night but Maria was so gracious and easy to work with. The room was perfect for our family of 5 and we walked to a local restaurant for dinner. It was close To the airport and made our stay very convenient.
