The host was friendly and informative about the neighborhood, such as dining options and the local boardwalk. We had a large family room with comfortable bed and a lovely balcony to enjoy the fresh air. Enjoyable stay all a round.

Very basic, even for the price

Not sure why this place is rated so high. Even for the low price, it’s not in very good condition. Things can be basic, but they can’t be scratched, ripped and rusty. Which they were here. One super pro was the free gated parking, with your own gate opener. We stayed here for 7 hours before a flight, and I would stay again, even at this price. I’d recommend the owner to change anything ripped or rusted, and deep clean the grimy floors.

Great property for an easy transport to the ROME airport for an early flight. Quick and easy check in and VERY organized for a early morning transport in the morning. The rooms was clean and we had space for the last minute luggage re-organization and we walked 2 blocks to the seaside for some great last night dinner in Italy. I would definitely recommend this property

They let us pick at their permanganate trees in the backyard. Their recommendation to nearby restaurants and facilities were very detailed and informative. Will definitely come back if I am flying out of Rome again.

Great location!! Hip area. Can walk to Coliseum, but will take around 45 minutes. Still lots to see all around. Real safe!! Nice big room and cool AC. All staff real nice & helpful.

The hotel staff - all of them were amazing. Got our room ready early and were there for anything we needed. Close walk to beach, stores and dining. Took care of transportation to the airport and was on time. Very comfy beds, clean rooms and quiet for sleeping. We had everything we needed to a very pleasant stay. Great place if you need to stay near airport. Owner is a sweet lady. Beach is 5 min walk and places to eat near by. A great pizza place 2-4 min walk away.

Marie was really sweet. She allowed us to check in early. The property was clean and quite. The area is nice and safe. The Room was clean and cute Decor. Wanna be honest here for future travelers: The towels were dingy, dirty looking and super stiff like they weren't laundered. Or line dried. The shower door fell out on me and cut my forehead in the middle of the night when trying to close it. It came off the rail. There's no breakfast even though they said it was a 'bed and breakfast'. The folder in the room that had information about the room & policy, also local dining and grocery store information, said breakfast would be arranged on a agreed time the night before. So false advertising... should be corrected.
