The property itself was nice. All of the rooms, as far as I could tell, had two queen beds, but they were really in separate rooms, so there's a lot more privacy than you would think of when you get a 'room with two queen beds'. Also, each room came with its own private patio, and the patios were not small. These would be a nice place to stay for a few days - if the city was worth staying in. We were here for an early flight out of Rome. After traveling in Italy for a few weeks, I was actually surprised about the condition of Fiumincino. This is not the responsibility of this property, but the streets were pretty dirty with trash. The property was close to the beach, but it was not a great beach. Yes, it was big but it's near the port and the water did not appear to be clean.

Maria is a wonderful host, from the moment we got out of the taxi she was there to greet my family and I. The place was very spacious and clean with a-lot of dining options nearby. Also very convenient if you have an early flight the next day! Wonderful experience and i recommend 100%

I had a great stylish renovated room on the third floor with a wrap around balcony. Wonderful beach town with great restaurants and amenities all around.Easy living without the hustle and bustle.Private secure parking,very easy to get to Rome. The roads are easy to drive but you need some driving skills.Family run and WOW super nice professional competent hoteliers. A stay here will make your trip to Rome wonderful and affordable.
