Buona accoglienza da parte del personale cordiale e simpatico, però la serratura della porta di casa è difettosa e si fatica ad aprirla (con il rischio di spezzare la chiave dentro) il bagno è disagevole (senza finestra e con scarsissima ventilazione) e cose danneggiate (porta carta igienica per esempio) inoltre sotto il piatto doccia c’è un buco nella muratura che rappresenta un varco per le blatte e altri animali. Il latte in frigorifero era scaduto da due settimane e la temperatura era talmente bassa che era congelato, cioè solido.
