The staff is exceptional! The beds are very firm so if you don’t like that be forewarned. There was s not a rooftop sitting area like shown in the photos.

The highlight of this hotel is the staff. They are very friendly and helpful and represent the hotel well! It's on a very quiet street that is only 3 blocks from the train station. It is a dated hotel although it's clean and well kept. I felt for $300 USD it would have been nicer so didnt feel it was a very good value especially as no breakfast was included in that price.

Really nice place to stay.

I was wondering why everyone in there reviews were saying how nice the staff was and how clean the hotel was and now I know. Very convenient location to the train station and on a quiet street. David in the breakfast room was amazing and his cappuccinos were the BEST. Thanks for such a wonderful stay.

Great little hotel! Recommended.

Absolutely lovely hotel, staff could not have been more helpful! Well located for the station and city. And ask about the free walking tours too...we saw the Colosseum at night which was amazing.
