Linens and towels were super clean and white. A/C was ice cold! Beds are essentially single cots with thin sagging mattresses. No soap, conditioner, body wash, safe, fridge. Only three thin sleeves of shampoo. Room was small and for I tire was old and cheap. People were Smoking in the hallways and stairwells. It’s close to Roma Termini, about a 3min walk. If you’re just looking to lay your head down and have low standards, you’ll be fine. We were only going to use the room for about 7hrs so we cheaped out.

If you want luxury and all the frills this is not the place. If you want convenience, comfort and amazing service book them. The hotel is near the train station and walking distance to places like the colosseum. The room was perfect size for my son and I. The only challenge was navigating the small shower. However, it is doable. We needed some personal documents printed and the front desk printed them without a question. They were super friendly and we felt safe and comfortable out 4 nights there. They have staff around the clock and always smiling as you leave and return. Overall we had a wonderful stay and time while in Rome. We would book again.

Italy is just different. They don’t use cans for their garbage so the bags are left on the street and if the birds get to it, they get to it. They’re capitalist birds. So there may be a mess in the morning when you’re walking and it is what it is. The transportation is super super close and that was way convenient for us and we had no issues catching Ubers or taxis. The restaurants around the hotel were fantastic. The only issue that we had was when we were taking a taxi to the hotel. There is a hotel Torino down the street that’s more well-known and so they always wanted to drop us off down there so we had to tell them no it’s hotel touring and tell them to stop When they turned on the street

The hotel is conveniently located a walkable distance to the main tourist attractions. The AC worked (it was very hot outside the days we stayed there), and I slept ok. It’s a 2 star hotel, so it met my expectations.

Room was quite spacious for us, family of four. Its very central area & close to all amaneties. It had some cutlery & breakfast space with small table & chairs. But only issue was there was not any kettle provided, so we were missing our morning tea/coffee in the room. This is quite strange for us as most of the places we go to they do provide eletric kettle & this is very first time it happened eventhough we desperately needed it was not the option given by hotel. I inquired with reception & they say no kettle in the room but i could use their small hotel kitchen general room at second floor, our room was 4th floor. It was little uncomfortable but we survived 😃. Humble request to management of this hotel pls pls do provide kettle in the room so your guests can enjoy their hand made tea/coffee like us. Thanks a lot

The room is clean. Restroom very small, stain in the toilet. We had to ask for toiletries, housekeeping didn’t leave supplies. One of our bed's matress broke. It was replaced but broke down while one of my families laying down on it. You can hear next door's noises.

MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE. Note that to lock your door while inside the room, you must use the key. This is an accident waiting to happen. Upgrade the door locking systems immediately.

I would come back, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Only complain was when we were returning the cleaning staff was taking a smoke break(which wasn’t the problem) they left our door open and unattended which could’ve been a problem but was not as we arrived back to the room . I would stay here again
