The staff made our two individual short stays so comfortable after long flights. They helped get us to and from the airport, which is close by. They have a wonderful breakfast, and because we left so early the second visit; Priscilla, on the staff, made us a tray of goodies to eat before our 6:30 am pickup. She went out of her way, and we are grateful to her and all the staff from the prior visit.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. It was not what I was expecting according to the photographs. The room I purchased advertised a garden view, and had nice pictures of a garden, but there were no windows in the unit. The only way you could view outside was through sliding glass doors (floor to ceiling), which exposed you and your bedroom to anyone who was in the garden (basically other guests entering, exiting or sitting at tables in the garden). You therefore had to close a second heavy metal door, giving the unit a bunker-like feel once you were inside. In addition, the internet only worked for about 1 minute on the entire evening I was there. I suspect the signal was blocked by the heavy metal door. It started to work early in the morning when I opened the heavy metal door (there were no guests in the garden at that early hour). Added to this, the residential area around the hotel is not nice. The beach is okay to walk on, and there are a few good restaurants, but the sand had quite a lot of fragments of plastic and some garbage. For the positive aspects, the person who did the check-in was very pleasant and helpful, and the room itself was clean.

I highly recommend this hotel. The sandy beach is one block away. It was hard for us to believe that we were in Rome and only 15 minutes away from the airport! The hotel is clean and updated. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The pick up and drop off at the airport was 20 Euros each way for the 2 of us (cheaper than a taxi). The breakfast buffet was lovely and fresh.

Hotel was very close to Fumicino airport so great for a stay before a flight. Clean with all amenities. Staff very friendly. Walking distance to the beach and some beach restaurants. Evening meal in hotel was very good. Some patrons were staying and visiting Rome from there. Highly recommend.

They let us in early, which was so nice!! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, and we loved the room! The property is quaint and beautiful with flowers everywhere, as well as outside and inside seating. The weather was gorgeous and perfect, and we could see the ocean from the second and third floor outdoor patios. We are excited about staying here again in a few days on our way back home.

The Intorno is approximately a 15 min drive from the airport. The shuttle pick up is a bonus as is opportunity to purchase your evening meal. Breakfast is also available. The property is very well maintained and comfortably adequate.

We had a great 1 night stay at Intorno al Fico hotel in Fiumicino / Lazio. This was our last night for our Italy vacation, and we booked the hotel due to it's proximity to the FCO Airport. The hotel was very clean and is an easy 5 minute taxi / shuttle to the FCO Airport. The staff was great and super friendly. We had a 5 minute walk to the beach and ate at a very nice seafood restaurant on the beach, as recommended by the Hotel. Our breakfast the next morning was great and helped us start our final day in Italy! Thank you for a great stay!

Remarkable service, great location, quaint beautiful property which was close the airport. Priscilla arranged airport pickup. Stefano picked us up and brought to the property. Excellent service. Rooms are insulated extremely well as the traffic noise of the airport could not be heard. Would highly recommend this property which was located within a short walk of the beautiful beach
