Last minute issues caused need to cancel trip only one hour prior to flight. Despite possibility though Hotels.com to cancel the trip until 1 day prior, there were no flexibility to cancel at least a few days of the stay despite reaching out directly. Despite request for some kind of possible way to reschedule, refund or other suggestions was rejected.
