In the center of Rome, a stone's throw from Piazza Barberini and metro A, a nice studio apartment with an open space living room with double bed and sofa bed for two people, bathroom with shower cubicle, kitchen and terrace!

APARTMENT RULES:

- ENTRANCE TO THE APARTMENT IS ALLOWED UNTIL 00:30-Late checkin fee from 22 to 00:30 of €50.If you arrive after 00:30 proceed to cancell the reservation

- The tourist tax (€ 6 per night per person) will be paid in cash upon arrival.

- For bookings longer than a week there is a weekly cleaning of € 55 in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.

- travel cot is available upon request

IMPORTANT: to complete the online check-in it is necessary to put the photo of the identity card or passport. The driving license is invalid.
Guests must send documents relating to the registration of arrivals upon request.

The host, Riccardo, was very helpful and responded quickly to any requests or questions we had, and the location of the property was perfect - away from crowd noise but a short walk to anywhere you wanted to go. I would stay here again!

The property was great and easy to check-in/out. We were in a great location. We walked everywhere, the Vatican, colosseum, and termini. Although some people may prefer to get a bus to the Vatican and some other locations.

Wonderful place-perfect location

I highly recommend staying here! Perfect location-we walked everywhere. Lots of restaurants and shops near-by. My husband and I and 14 year old really enjoyed our stay. The property was just as advertised and Ricardo was very responsive to all questions we had and helped arrange our transport to and from the airport. Great location that is walkable to many of the hot spots but doesn’t have much foot traffic or street noise right in front of it as you would think. The place was clean and in good order.
