Fantastic location across the street from the ruins where Julius Caesar lived and was murdered, easy walking distance of the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, shopping, restaurants and cafĂ©s. A great cafĂ© across the street and terrific restaurant we enjoyed so much we went twice. A small grocery store across the street, larger markets nearby. The tram line is right outside. The area feels lively but not overly touristy, with a nice mix of locals. The apartment itself is spacious, open, and well laid out. The main bedrooms and bathrooms at opposite ends plus two bedrooms and a half bath in the middle. All the bedrooms are spacious with large, comfortable beds. The roomy open living and dining area has great natural light, comfortable seating. The kitchen, while not huge, felt larger than it looks in the photos, is well equipped and covers most basics, though a few more pieces of silverware, mugs (vs. espresso cups) would be helpful. The primary bath is very spacious. The blue bathroom has beautiful tile, good water pressure, and worked well despite being a bit compact. The host and greeter were responsive, friendly, and flexible with our arrival. We appreciated the in-person check-in and helpful orientation with city map and local tips. The building elevator worked well, though we often used the stairs. Inside the apartment, it was mostly quiet — just a light hum of city life, nothing distracting. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Amazing communication from the host, getting us a taxi, meeting us (late at night!) at the flat. We've used this company before to stay in Rome and highly recommend them.The flat was lovely, and mostly fantastic. One of the bathrooms did emit a fairly terrible smell which wasn't rectified during our stay, unfortunately. Also, I would point out that whilst the windows are nice and thick, if you're a light sleeper, you may have some issues because there are sirens going by quite frequently. Also, this wasn't a problem for most of us, but my kid in the rear most bedroom (who was sick) was unable to use the wifi as the signal didn't reach much outside of the living room itself. Again, not really an issue for me or my wife, but something to be aware of.

Fantastic rental for big group

We stayed at this property on our summer vacation - two families 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The manager proactivly sent information about the place and was available for any questions or needs we had. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Location was perfect! Walking distance to so many things. Excellent experience!

This property was perfect for our group of 8. There was plenty of room and it was VERY clean! Great location, and the attentiveness from the moment we booked to checking out was amazing. This place was so centrally located that we literally walked to almost every attraction. Although the washing machine was broken, they did offer to wash our clothes in their office; but the laundromat was literally a 3 minute walk and there were shops to visit while waiting! We will definitely stay in another property managed by Alex and Ruel when we return!

60th birthday celebration

Amazing host and amazing property. Perfect location within walking distance to restaurants, Trastevere, Pantheon, river and Campo di Fiori. The host was very helpful and arranged for a driver to and from the airport for several groups as well as taking us to the Vatican on Easter mass Sunday. The host also gave us a very complete list of recommended restaurants cafés sites and even offered in-house massage services after a long days walk. The apartment is beautiful and spacious and very clean. Would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect. Overlooking the ruins where Julius Caesar was killed. The windows are soundproof despite being a very busy avenue.

Absolutely amazing and perfect. Amazing host. Beautiful apartment. Very comfortable , clean and spacious. Very convenient location walking distance from Trastevere , Jewish ghetto and Pantheon as well as walking along the river. Delicious restaurants downstairs and across the street, as well as a grocery store. Host was beyond helpful Arranged for transportation to and from airport and even a driver to take us to Vatican during Easter mass making our trip seamless and perfect. Lovely home base for a family reunion in Rome

Charming.apartment in a fabulous location for our holiday family reunion in Roma. Clean. Quiet (except for the ambulances), and utterly quaint. Central location. Walkable to everything we wanted to see. My only suggestion would be for fluffier pillows. My husband and I and our adult children had an amazing time here!

Unbeatable location, beautiful apartment

We’ve stayed in Rome more than half a dozen times and I could not believe the location of this apartment when I saw it. If you are looking to be in the historic center of the city, this place cannot be beat. It’s walking distance from nearly every major site and right on a tram and many bus lines. Despite being so central, we found the apartment to be very quiet at night. Everyone was commenting on what a good nights sleep they got while we were staying there. The beds are great. The half bathroom came in very handy for our family of six. (Although it will be tight for taller people to sit down. But that’s the only “drawback” of the place.) All the other rooms (including bathrooms) are very spacious, even by an American standard. Alex even arranged a transfer to the airport for us which was super helpful. We can’t recommend this apartment more highly and would definitely book it again.

Great stay in the middle of Rome

Our stay was great. The property is well located, the A/C worked great, and there was plenty of space for our group. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Minor things to note were the check in process was manual and because our flight was delayed, we ended up checking in later than planned causing some churn. Additionally, I think the pillows could be softer but everyone else in the group thought they were fine.

My adult children, daughter in law and grandson stayed for a week The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Location was great, lots of activity outside but quiet. The owner provided lots of information about the area. I highly recommend this apartment.

Great start to our trip

This apartment was at a central location to get to everything easily. Our family of 7 had plenty of room and a great gathering room to recap and share our day that over looked some amazing ruins. It was bright and spacious. The people who ran the vrbo were helpful and kind. The only thing I would have others know when staying here is it sits in a busy piazza so you can hear all the excitement outside!

Perfect location

The apartment was lovely- very clean and well appointed- and was in an excellent location. It is very close to the Jewish Ghetto and we easily walked to the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, Roman Forum, etc. There are many restaurants nearby and a grocery across the street if you need supplies. The only slight recommendation I have for the owners is to purchase more coffee mugs. They thoughtfully left us coffee and tea, but there were only four mugs for seven people to share!

An absolutely wonderful place place to stay, miss it already

This was a dream of a place to stay! It’s a wonderful location, with historic ruins on the same square (amazing view of them from a window in both the living room and main bedroom) excellent restaurants, several stores (grocery and clothes, etc.) nearby, easy access for car services/Uber/taxis, and is walking distance to many major attractions and/or access to hop on-hop off tour buses. Everything from bedrooms to kitchen, living area and bathrooms were really nice and my whole family (my siblings and their college-age kids alike) were super happy and comfortable and enjoyed gathering together each night after our sightseeing/explorations/adventures. Coordination beforehand, check-in, help with arrival and departures was super easy and very helpful as this was a special trip (not frequent by any means) for our family and included arriving on a holiday (New Year's Day) plus an early departure by one of us to return to college that also had a super early pick-up time for her flight. We felt and were very supported if we needed to be, and just enjoyed our stay here way much overall. Would love to go back and stay here again someday, fingers crossed that we can/will :)
