Not the apartment I chose

I booked one apartment and about 1 week before we left I got an email saying that my selected property was no longer available due to emergency maintenance needed. I get that, things happen. I get booked into another apartment that looks nice but isn’t in my preferred location. I then get an email saying that apartment is no longer available, no explanation and they book me a 3rd apartment that they said would be cheaper. It was a 2 bedroom, 1 bath , the original had 2 bathrooms, no where near public transit. Anyways the owners let us check in early which was nice, we get upstairs and the apartment looked ok but issues will present themselves. The provided pillowescwere little more than a single cotton ball in a pillow case. Beyond terrible. The shower had only a trickle of hot water seriously just a trickle. Not to mention we no longer had a shower just a giant bathtub which no longer worked for us due to a disability. I complained to property manager said someone would fix it guy never showed. Asked about it he had an emergency and would be by the next day. He never showed. Whole week with cold showers. Very uncomfortable. I would not recommend that apartment.

Great place, great value

We very much enjoyed our stay at this apartment. There was work being done to spruce up the building but the doors and windows were literally soundproof.
