The shopping was fantastic! This hotel was so close to everything within walking distance. It was very close to all the attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. If I ever come back to Rome I will definitely stay here again.

Staff were helpful and friendly when we arrived, showing us the facilities and how to contact them if there was an issue. Happily, everything was great. The area was within walking distance of the main sights we wanted to visit, and there were plenty of places to eat near the apartment. The air conditioning was much appreciated since it was very hot outside.

The property was clean and perfect location to get access to historical places. Our appartement had two TV's, however the second one didn't work and need to be dumped. The clothes iron did not work, so we ask reception on the first floor then after afew hours, she gave us the new one.

The Monti apartments in Rome was in a good location. Relatively central in location. Good restaurants nearby. Metro and Termini train stations about 15 minute walk so not super close but Rome's metro is not as extensive as other cities like Paris. buses more prevalent and bus stop one block away. Strong AC very nice in August. Full kitchen with utensils, full size refrigerator. Washing machine for clothes so you don't have to pack so much and have more room for gifts to bring back. Elevator worked well if needed. Property staff communicated well via email and had no issues with checkin or check out.

It was very centrally located and most of the major attractions when within walking distance. The staff were very helpful and the place was clean. The apartment lay out was very functional and it was nice having a washing machine.

Positives were large clean 2 bed apartment with two separate modern bathrooms and in central location. Challenges include checking poor kitchen equipment and very limited hot water just enough for two people to take a shower and having to wait several hours for it to hot again.

The apartment was large and comfortable. It is in a wonderful area! Walkable to most sites, train transportation, restaurants, shopping of all types! It needs better instructions (and in other languages) for the washer/dryer. The ground floor front apartment was a little noisy in the mornings due to traffic and nearby construction.
