The location of the hotel is fantastic. Same walking distance to the Vatican and the Colosseum. Lots of restaurants and shops to choose from. We booked two rooms for the same price but one was much smaller than the other. The wifi was very bad, disconnected a lot and was slow. Was supposed to have water in the room every day but didn't until I said something. Luggage needs to be carried up one flight of stairs before an elevator is available...and the elevator is very very small. We would stay there again because of the location but have not learned what questions to ask. Would be good if Hotels.com at least mentioned the elevator situation.

The actual usable room space is very small

we stayed in the Exclusive Suite, Balcony, City View room. There is a huge tub in the room, but we were told that the tub is out of service. The actual room space is very small. We paid over $500/day and stayed in a small, incontinence room. it was a bad experience.

All is convenient to Piazza. If you stay, pay the extra money so ther you get a balcony looking over the piazza. Also.. heads up as there are two flight of steps to reception desk which is considered Floor 1. You can then get the elevator from there.

This a nice, clean property with a friendly staff. Martina was helpful with the check-in process and storing our bags until our room was ready. (Be advised that there are some stairs if you have large bags, but they do have a lift after the first flight). She even helped with our 5am airport pickup. The bed was comfortable after a long day touring the Vatican which is actually within walking distance. My only disappointment was that I was unaware of all the restaurants literally behind the hotel in Piazza Navona until it was too late as we were only there for less than 24 hours.

The reason I booked this room was to enjoy the balcony overlooking Piazza Navona. We were stripped of that because we were awakened abruptly at 3 o’clock in the morning to change rooms because our Jacuzzi was leaking into the room below. I understand things happen like this, but they offered us a measly 10% discount. Such an insult for so much stress. After many discussions they reluctantly offered another measly 10% I own a Vrbo property and if something like this happened. I would give a free night with at least an apology. Their attitude was nonchalant!! On a separate subject, the breakfast they offer through some sort of partnership and a five minute walk away ended up being closed which they were not aware of.
