On time check in, very quaint apartment in an excellent neighborhood. Beautifully decorated. Basic amenities available upon check in as expected, and check out was simple. Will definitely book with this company again!

Pictures are not accurate! I specifically chose an apartment that showed a dining room table and a loft. I was placed in a completely different apartment that didn't have either. Two of the beds are in the living room, which has decorative spot lights that don't turn off; making it impossible to sleep. They even have a sign that warns against covering them up (as people must be trying to do in order to get the room dark enough to sleep). The only bathroom is in the master bedroom and has a glass door- so it lacks privacy. The street below is very busy and surprisingly noisy until after 3am. Additionally, the owner is refusing to return our property to us. My brother forgot an item in the room. We realized this within 30 minutes of check-out and immediately messaged the property asking if we could go back to the apartment at any time that day and retrieve it. They replied to us and said that they "thanked us for a good review and would let us know IF we could retrieve our property". I had not made a review yet, but messaged again asking for a time to go back and pick up the item. They never replied back to the message or answered any of my phone calls. I'm assuming that the message meant that they would only give us back our items of we left a positive review; I have waited almost 24 hours to get a response from the property, but haven't heard back (probably because I didn't review yet). Overall, I would urge caution. Apartment is not comfortable and service is lacking.

The property had a lot of space but was oddly arranged. Bathroom was out dated and not user friendly. No shower! It was difficult to find and parking was not available. The young girl that met us to check in was very sweet and helpful.

Booked room for 5 nights. When we arrived we were given a different room for one night because original booking was not available. We were never told of this situation. Had to cut short our sightseeing the next day to move to original booking at Pantheon Luxury Gold apartment. Although the place was clean it was very small. Pictures made it look very much bigger. Shower/tub is very cramped and dangerous in enter/exit. Air conditioner not effective for entire area. Bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke.

Misleading pricing👎

Comes with hidden cost. Cleaning bill is charge saperately, which is misleading as you choose the best price on the web. By the time you discover about the hidden charges, its already too late. The cleaning charge is almost as much as the price of room!

Good apartment with limitations but Great location

This property is managed by a company that has many more apartments. The lady who manages the apartment was very responsive via email and text. This particular apartment is located in an amazing area. Very centrally located for walking to the major attractions. You will not need a car or transport. There is a supermarket and plenty of restaurants nearby. Now for the areas of improvement, (1) Don’t be fooled by the description of a two bedroom apartment. It is actually a very small apartment with one room that has a ladder and a bed on top. This bed was very uncomfortable (springboard mattress) that should be replaced with a memory form, latex or new coil spring mattresses, at the least. (2) The other biggest issue is the bathroom. It is a tiny bathroom with a small bath tub (maybe 3-4 feet long). The worse part is that the tub in addition to being tiny has a raised slope and sitting area in the back. What that means is that there is only a couple of feet of space to stand in the tub. The water pressure in the shower was very poor. Took a long time to finish the shower because. Also, the tub is raised about 2-3 feet from the floor. In short, this makes it very inconvenient if not impossible for small kids or old people to use the apartment. So if you are ok with these drawbacks, it is an excellent apartment in great area and very reasonable rates. The apartment lady was very helpful and offered to move us into another apartment (when we explained these limitations to her).

Appartement très agréable, le WC séparé aurait été un plus. L'isolation n'est pas terrible, les italiens parlent très fort le soir dans la rue. Et pour finir il faut monter 64 marches !!! L'appartement est très bien situé, 15 on à pied du Vatican.

Perfekt för ett par eller liten grupp

Otroligt skönt att ha en egen lägenhet i centrum av Rom. Vi lagade ingen mat men det fanns möjlighet till det, det enda som saknades var en diskmaskin. För en 50€ städavgift så tyckte jag att det var lite väl smutsigt i hörnen med damm osv, men utöver det så var allting fräsht och alldeles nyrenoverat. Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse!
