Staff was not helpful on arrival with bags, or when asked for suggestions for dinner. Upon checkout we asked if they could kindly call a cab and they refused to wait on hold or passs the phone so we could wait on hold. After getting upset and asking for the 3rd time they finally called and a cab came. Terrible experience from beginning to end.

I recently stayed at the Parco de’ Medici Residence Hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is peaceful and well connected to public transportation from taxis to the Muratella train station. It was close enough to the city to reach everything easily, yet quiet enough to truly relax after a long day. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all the essentials. The staff deserves a special mention, everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful, always ready with a smile or great local recommendations. Breakfast was small but fresh and satisfying, with a good mix of Italian classics and continental options. I also appreciated the on-site parking, free WiFi, and the secure, well-kept surroundings. Overall, Parco de’ Medici Residence Hotel offers an excellent balance of comfort, value, and service. Whether traveling for business or leisure, I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

Old property we paid almost $200 for one night and not luggage service. One of the room AC not working. Not worth the money. Breakfast included but terrible only bread and boiled eggs. Sorry never coming back again!

I loved the hotel, everything was clean, very quiet. We arrived at night. There's a Holiday Inn. nearby that had food. Everything was very easy. Taxis are easy to get to, very close to the airport.
