The breakfast was amazing but the property is run down. The room smelled like a diaper, peeling paint, none of the shower jets worked, dirty walls, peeling wood in bathroom. Neighborhood was dirty, lots of trash and graffiti.

I would stay here again. Breakfast and service was great. They coordinated a shuttle to the airport for 75€ and there was always someone at the front desk who was always helpful.

The customer service was poor especially the first day we arrived receptionist was rude.No water given in the room to drink. The rooms are not sound proof you hear the noise from next rooms and corridor. Small insects are in the rooms.

Location is good, on the main road so getting there you avoid the heavy Rome traffic. There are bus stops 100m away from the hotel. Will only need to get one bus to Vatican City and two buses to the Colosseum (if you don’t take the metro). The parking is next to the hotel (not the underground parking). The room was a little dated but the bathroom was modern. Breakfast was average. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
