This accommadation was the most disappointing of all of my trips throughout Europe. The name included the word "terrace" and a big reason that i booked it. The terrace was not accessible due to a looked door that couldn't be unlocked, several attempts to get it resolved by the host feel on deaf ears. No hot water, a shower that was so small it is laughable. So many deficiencies to mention. Stay away from this place at all costs.

WiFi did not work at this property. Connection was resetting continuously. No way to message the host and get support. Also, I believe we were overcharged the city tax of $6?per night by both Expedia and the host.

Unique apartment in the heart of Trastevere. Perfect for a family of four, with two teenagers. Air conditioning didn’t work so we had to keep the windows open over night, which was noisy for sleeping. That was the only downside we experienced.

Very nice appartment near bars/restaurants. Only received access details the day before travel. The codes for access we were given did not work, luckily it was in middle of the day and we were able to use the contact person. There were NO details of how to use things e.g. the heating etc. There is a middle gate we were not told about how it works and many stressful days worrying if we would be locked out. A simple A4 sheet of instructions left in the appartment would be very helpful.

Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt okay. Schön groß und super Lage. Allerdings ist sie auch total dunkel und von der Terasse hatten wir uns auch mehr versprochen. Leider gab es auch keine Geschirrhandtücher (oder wir konnten diese nicht finden), um das abgewaschene Geschirr abzutrocknen. Die Dusche war ebenfalls eine kleine Herausforderung, da sie mindestens 5 Minuten braucht um warm zu werden und dann hat sie einen Wasserdruck wie Nieselregen (Schlauch zur Handbrause war defekt). Insgesamt alles okay, würde ich aber nicht unbedingt wieder buchen. Sorry!
