Service was great, our host was very responsive and helpful. The room was situated in a great part of Rome; a location a lot quieter than the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas but in walking distance of everything. The only downsides was the bed was pretty tough, the toilet was very noisy, air conditioning unit was broken and leaked through the night and no iron or ironing board in the complex. If those things could’ve been sorted it would’ve mad for a great stay rather than an average stay. Rome itself - wonderful.

This room was much smaller than it looked on the website and so was the bathroom, it would have better suited single occupancy, it was not the boutique hotel it looked like online, much more like a 5 room Airbnb. The mattress was extremely hard and made sleeping difficult. There was a blood stain on the sheet, splatter marks on the wall and thick dust on the headboard and under the bed. The towels were not changed during our stay and the one small bin only emptied once so we ended up using a plastic bag as a bin. There was air conditioning but no batteries in the remote so we could not use it. The wifi was intermittent and worse so in the evenings we couldn’t use it at all. The location is convenient and the area is lovely so I would recommend staying in the area.

Je ne recommande pas ce logement. La chambre est miniscule, mais surtout la salle de bains un enfer, vous ne pouvez pas bouger dans la douche, si vous etes grand bon courage, les wc n'en parlont pas, c'est simple assis aux wc vous ne pouvez pas fermer la porte tellement c'est petit (bonjour l'intimité). Le pire est la literie, le matelas est en carton, nous avons très très mal dormi et mal de dos garantie. Le wifi ne marche pas, nous avons du utiliser nos datas tout le sejour. Il y a une mauvais odeur dans la chambre même si vous aerez. Aucun service, ce n'est pas un hotel mais un monsieur qui a fait 5 chambres dans un appartement et qui veut se faire un max de sous. À 85 euros la nuit c'est à fuir !!! Le seul point positif est la zone proche du centre et dans quartier calme.

Super séjour

Séjour de 3 nuits dans cet Hôtel. Fonctionne comme un air bnb. Plusieurs logements au même étage avec salle de bain privative et une "petit espace commun". Il n'y a absolument rien dans cet espace commun mis à part un minuscule frigo. Ceci étant dit nous étions seul à l'étage, c'était royal !!! Nous avons utilisé le frigo pour place des bouteilles et les avoir fraîches le lendemain. Chambre cosy, très propre ! Attention, il fait chaud malgré la clim. Il faudrait la laisser tourner la journée pour avoir une chambre fraîche le soir. Le personnel change les serviettes tous les jours, cets vraiment bien ! Le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait malheureusement pas.. Attention, l'hôtel est assez excentré !! Proche du Vatican mais compter 30 minutes pour rejoindre le cœur de Rome et les monuments.

Dans le descriptif de la chambre, ils disent qu'elles sont équipées d'un coffre fort, d'un mini bar et d'une ventilation. Il n'y avait ni coffre fort, ni mini bar. Quand à la ventilation, il ne fallait pas la mettre trop fort par peine de dormir avec un bruit insupportable. Nous avions pris l'option petit déjeuner, mais à 8h il n'y avait toujours rien de mise en place et personne ni aucune information.

We had a great stay at the Rezidenzia Vaticana! I cannot see, why other guests would give it a bad recommendation. What is right is, that the room and the bathroom were small. But the size is perfectly normal for italian hotel room as far as I can tell. I already stayed in Italy several times and the room size was comparable everywhere. I think what is way more important, is that the room was very clean and neat. We slept well in the bed and we had everything we needed. The room was cleaned daily and we got fresh towels and toiletries every day. The host and the lady who cleaned the room were very very nice and helpful. When we asked for a second linen, we were given one immediately. We also liked the neighborhood very much. It is rather quiet but still you have everything you need: several supermarkets, bars and restaurants and you can go shopping at the Via di Cola Rienzo for clothes and supplies. The Rezidenzia is close to the metro and many sights. There are not too many tourists and the neighbors are all friendly and helpful. We recommend you to take a short walk to the Corta di Cassazione. It is an impressive building and you get to know the area a little. We enjoyed our stay very much and absolutely recommend you to stay at the Rezidenzia Vaticana!

Fantastic location, clean, friendly & air conditioned (which was needed in July). Cleaning lady was here every day 8-11. This room was very good value for money. Please check breakfast availability; I assumed breakfast was included because of the photos & it wasn’t (my fault for not checking). My bed was a bit hard/uneven! That’s my only complaint 💕

Bien comunicado limpieza deficiente

Esta bien comunicado, puedes ir andando a la mayor parte de los puntos de interés turístico,también está cerca del metro y es una zona tranquila y segura. El establecimiento en si deja que desear, desayuno pobre y sobre todo la limpieza, tienen moqueta que parece que no se ha limpiado hace tiempo, dejando un olor raro a la habitación, por no hablar de las sospechosas manchas blancas de la colcha... A su favor decir que la wifi iba muy bien.
