Our stay was excellent. We checked in an hour early, very easy. The room was modern, spacious and clean. Property is centrally located in Rome and walkable to most sites. The breakfasts are specially prepared by the owner and he explains where all the food comes from.

Perfect guest house

This small guesthouse is perfectly located — big enough to offer great service, yet small enough to feel like home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and despite being in such an ideal spot, we couldn't hear any city noise. It feels like a hidden gem, offering a sense of safety while being just steps away from restaurants and shops frequented by locals.

Comfy rooms very centrally located. Walking distance to all sites and great food. Poetry the owner takes pride in his breakfast offerings and makes sure to change the menu daily so we can experience a culinary tour of Italy. Farm fresh products or made in house. Excellent!

Anniversary Trip

We loved our stay at Roma Five Suites! It was even better than we hoped for. Convenient location to many of the bigger Rome attractions without being super crowded or touristy... close to the last stop on the tram so can get around without transportation fairly easy. Room: The bed was very comfortable, room was clean and spacious, with good amenities. Loved that they stocked the mini fridge with an assortment of beverages. Shower was huge and the AC (if needed) and large windows were great if cool enough to open Food: The breakfast was amazing- and plentiful- they had coffee and treats for later in the day if you were around. Pietro (owner), Luisa, and Enrico were helpful and kind. Very friendly and made sure we had recommendations, if needed, and got us squared away with a ride back to airport. Highly recommend!!! Small elevator for one and a suitcase if needed.

This is the absolute best place to stay in Rome. Look no further than one of the best locations, nicest and most welcoming staff, and amazing breakfasts. Peter, the owner, is one of the nicest and most welcoming hosts I have ever had. You’re in the heart of Rome, great access to everything and did I mention the breakfast? Amazing! Seriously a great experience and can’t wait to come back here.

Fabulous and memorable B&B experience in the heart of Rome. The proprietor, Peter, and his entire team were a pleasure to stay with, and somehow created an atmosphere for guests that seems like staying with your extended family who just happen to live in the center of Rome. Breakfasts are delicious and served personally by Peter who offers culinary insights that reflect his great enthusiasm for amazing food (and for life in general)! The suite was spacious, clean, quiet, and well appointed. Double paned glass blocked out virtually all street noise, an amazing accomplishment given the hotel's incredible location a few steps from Piazza Venezia, Piazza del Campidoglio, and the Roman Forum. A wonderful stay and we hope to return for a visit very soon!

We had a great stay at the Roma Five Suites. Peter and his staff were wonderful. The room we stayed in was clean and modern. The location of the hotel is ideal. We'd love to stay here again next time when we visit Rome.

Excellent location in the middle of everything. Walking distance to all sites but a long walk to the Vatican so we took a taxi, about 10 to 15 euros. Taxis are very reasonably priced in Rome. Breakfast is included and the units are newly remodeled. Would definitely go back.

We loved our stay, the location is amazing! The team were fab, with a super friendly host who has a real passion for his business. The breakfasts were a work of art and curated beautifully, we didn’t need lunch after them. Our room 301 was modern, stylish, very spacious, with dual aspect windows, a great shower, lovely toiletries and bed linen. Our air con played up but was resolved… we will definitely stay here again!

Not sure at first but when we stepped inside of the room it was fantastic. Number one cleanest, the host "Peter" was very pleasant 😀 and looked after his guests very well, breakfast was beautiful and enough for you to start the day. The receptionist Anna she was very lovely and very helpful. Joanna she Assistant cooking was looking after us very well too.The location was very good it wasn't far from the interesting places at all. We will come back and stay this hotel again. Small business but got the warm heart into it. We can say feel like home not hotel Grazie mille

Epic Vacation

I’m sitting here (this is Kenji’s wife) eating the biscotti Pietro sent home with me and sipping my coffee thinking out our wonderful stay at Roma Five Suites. From the excellent communication and assistance from Anna throughout, to the super cool old elevator that was a surprise treat getting our luggage up, to the comfortable bed, amazing shower and heated towels - everything was perfect. The location can’t be beat and with the windows closed, had no trouble sleeping even with big city noises. I had read about the breakfast, and still it exceeded our expectations! Pietro’s attention to detail, quality (getting the products directly from the source all over Italy) explanations of the specialties, and just his desire to make it wonderful will be something we talk about for a long time. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Rome.

Cannot fault Roma Five Suites and our hosts. Amazing location and easily accessible with public transports (piazza Venezia). Hosts kept in contact with me and gave clear instructions for arrival. All staff were lovely and made us feel comfortable. Really passionate about the food at breakfast. The food was delicious, best breakfast ive had in a long time! Room was spacious and clean with some nice treats. Bathroom was lovely and shower excellent with nice toiletries. Again location was brilliant. Quick walk to all areas - Trevi, Monti and Trastevere - and all the main attractions. Wish we had a longer stay and will definitely return next time we are in Rome.
