The apartment is very small, but well equipped. Hot water, AC, fridge, washing machine, and internet, all worked great.
The best part of it by far is its location. Right in the heart of the Trastevere neighborhood and at walking distance to hundreds of cafés (aka bars) and restaurants.
It is also at walking distance to the Tevere river. This proved very useful when getting to the Vatican, Saint Peter's Basilica, and Saint Angelo Castle, as the river's bike path, devoid of crossings or red lights, is much faster to walk and certainly bike than the street.
We walked to the Colisseum, Trevi Fountain, and the Spanish steps from the apartment too, but mostly for fun, as these places are a bit farther out.
Dining around the apartment is top notch. So many good places.
Overall, this is a great place to stay for a couple that has enough time to enjoy Rome at a slow pace.
