The room was spotless, Diego and Francesca were excellent hosts very friendly and the location of the apartment was perfect for seeing all Rome has to offer. Would definitely recommend to any traveller.

Perfect location in Rome. The staff prepared everything for our arrival after their regular checkin time and we had no issues at all. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was to the street, but very quiet and we enjoyed every second of our stay.

Staff were absolutely fantastic. Friendly, kind and helpful. Location was 10/10 - walking distance to nearly every major site (except Colosseum, which is about 50 minutes walk). Vibrant area but wasn’t too loud at night. Lovely old building with character but very well appointed, clean and charming. Highly recommend.

We had a very nice stay at San Pietro Boutiquerooms. Diego and Francesca were the most gracious hosts. They were friendly and anticipated everything that their guests could possibly need. The place is very clean and immaculate. It is also near everything, restaurants, cafe, sites, ATM, etc. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this place if you’re ever in Rome!

Wonderful stay. Wonderful location. And wonderful staff that went above and beyond. They even picked up our Papal audience tickets for us and had them in our room waiting for us. Loved the balcony and the feel of being in an authentic Roman neighborhood. Just a few minutes walk from St. Peters Basilica, and directly access the street from one of the best restaurants in Rome. Easy walking distance from some great gelato spots too.

The hosts were thorough in making sure we felt taken care of- not knowing anything about the area. They tested the key codes with us to make sure they worked.
