The staff were super accommodating as our plane was delayed, then there was a general strike of public transport meaning we had to check in almost 7 hours later than expected and after reception was closed. They responded to all our email and WhatsApp queries very quickly and made it very easy to check in after hours. The room had a small fridge, safe and lots of storage and hanging space. It was very modern and quiet. No street noise. Although people talking in the hall could be quite loud.

Great location, close to many of the attractions in Rome. Room was fine and clean. Beds were comfortable enough after a day of walking the cobblestone streets. We had a member of our party go missing (no phone or passport with them) at one of the attractions and we informed the hotel and they were very sweet and let us know right away that they arrived at the hotel safely. Just great and prompt communication especially loved using WhatsApp. Thank you for the great service!

Would probably come back here again. Location wise it is very convenient and near the trevi. 3-5mins walk to the nearest metro with lots of restaurants to choose. Bus stops also nearby and a grocery store thats open late at night. There is no reception after 4pm. We had to help one guest with our own first aid kit because there was no one to attend to her and they dont reply on the whatsapp number. No kettle or water inside the rooms and toiletries but there are tea and coffee in the communal area which had a lovely and quite ambiance. Overall, we would probably stay here again as we ddnt have much issues with our stay. Was just anxious on the first night that we knew no one was in reception so my wife had to barricade the doors to ease her mind. After that, was okay.

We enjoyed the stay, transportation was arranged through the hotel from the airport and then again from the hotel to the port for an additional fee. My only real complaint is we were woken up each night by people coming into the lobby to go to their rooms. The rooms are not sound proofed and this was disruptive. I was woken up at 1 & 5 am which kept me awake for hours. Otherwise, the hotel does not offer many options as far as amenities but it is clean and the air conditioner works well. The staff is friendly and there are a ton of restaurants within walking distance. It’s also very close to the fountain.
