Have you ever imagined waking up in the morning, going outside and finding yourself surrounded by the ancient Rome?

This delightful musician's Loft is located just few steps from the Colosseum and just above Via dei Fori Imperiali (Roman's Forum).

• All major monuments, historic squares and metro "Colosseo" can be reached by foot in a few minutes.

• The loft offers all comforts: A/C, Wi-Fi, Washing Machine, flat TV and a fully equipped kitchen.

Located in an ancient building, the recently renovated apartment is in traditional and modern Roman style.

The internal space is organized as follows:

• LIVING AREA: Here you will find the sofa, the TV and my personal library (feel free to read one if you want!).
In the center of the apartment there is an authentic 19th century piano.

• SLEEPING AREA: Over a mezzanine, you will find a double bed and a bedside table. Over the bed you can find a lamp in case you want to read a book in the night.

• KITCHEN CORNER: Here you will find anything you need for cooking: 3 cooker hob, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, pots, pans and dishes. Dining table with chairs.
In a closet of the kitchen there is also the washing machine.

You will also find the essentials for the kitchen: salt, oil and sugar, tea bags..

• BATHROOM: shower, sink, toilet. You will find also shampoo, soap and towels for every guests.

The apartment is located around 300 meters from the Metro B "Colosseo"

• The apartment is inside the Rione "Monti" the most iconic, historic and beautiful area of Rome.

• You can go by walk in every place of the city center and visit all the monuments without public transports, or if you prefer when you came back home you can relax in sofa maybe watching TV or reading a book.

• The iconic street "Via dei Fori Imperiali" (the Roman's Forum) is exacly just out of the door, and in all the area you can find Pizzeria, Restaurants, Gelateria, Cafes, Pastries, Supermarket and Shops.

• All the major monuments and famous squares are reachable by walk

The apartment is at second floor, just two flight of stairs.


We have a late check-in fee of 30€ for check-in after 8PM.

We have a late check-in fee of 50€ for check-in after 10PM till midnight.
