The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and modern, (a few cracked tiles in the bathroom) although I had some difficulty figuring out the lights. Definitely smaller rooms. No real room to unpack clothes. The bed was set up sort of diagonally in the room which left little space to get in and out. The view wasn’t the best. Absolutely loved the location. We were able to walk 5 minutes to the Trevi fountain, 10 minutes to Spanish steps, etc. So nice to have a grocery store across the street and a wash and fold laundry around the corner. We enjoyed sitting outside in the covered patio. The buffet breakfast was 1/2 buffet and 1/2 served which was nice to have eggs made to order, fresh pastries and tea and coffee served.

What a gem right in center of Rome within 15min walk to all major places. Shopping and dining is right in front of you. Staff was incredibly friendly. First spot I book when we come back to Rome for sure.

We stayed at The One Boutique Hotel for 2 nights. Hotel location is excellent!!! Our room was clean and spacious. However, it was right above the cafe bar, and we could hear music coming from the bar until it closed (midnight?) . Advice: bring earplugs next time or shop around for a better value for the price.

Very close to the trevi fountain. The room was very basic although clean. I think the pictures on the website don’t really match the reality. It feels more like a hostel than a hotel. The staff was very lazy, not even helping with bags and not very welcoming. You can definitely find a better bang for your buck.
