Property is new and lovely. Check-in was progressive but inefficient and glitchy. Breakfast was sub par compared to the Florence location although servers were lovely. Room was basic, but excellent with a great bed and good shower. Over all wonderful stay in dorm like accommodation if value priced compared to other options.

Modern decent hotel in Rome. 20 minute walk or so from Rome Termini station. There's good restaurants and cafes in the surrounding streets. On the hotel itself, it is modern, clean and has all you need. There's a decent gym, rooftop bar and bar downstairs also. I found the room itself to be pretty decent. The one negative I had with this hotel was the breakfast. Although the food was good the whole breakfast set up seemed like a bit of a "free for all" every morning. Breakfast is meant to (according to the hotel) open at 7am but I found most mornings even by 7.15am staff where still setting up. Several mornings during my stay there was no eggs or bacon out, coffee machines hadn't been turned on, there was no juice and minimal breads. Staff hadn't set the laptop up for guests to sign in for breakfast either. I hate to complain but this was a rush for those of us who needed an early start. For example, on my last day I had a taxi booked for 7.30am. I was hoping for a quick breakfast and then leave but unfortunately as mentioned, no bacon, eggs, juice, coffee etc. Staff also seemed extremely stressed. Perhaps this was all teething problems as the hotel is pretty young. Would it stop me from staying here again, no. Overall I enjoyed my stay despite the above mentioned. It was clean, had a decent room and the amenities are all decent. Hopefully the breakfast issues will be sorted with some time and management.

I was really looking forward to my stay, especially because the hotel advertised a swimming pool, which was a major factor in choosing this property. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for the entire duration of my stay, and there was no prior notice or communication about this. It was disappointing, as the pool was a key amenity I expected and planned to use. When I raised the issue, there was little to no acknowledgment or effort to offer compensation. The rest of the stay wasaverage, but the lack of transparency around facilities really affected my experience. Guests should be informed in advance if major amenities are unavailable. I hope the hotel improves communication in the future. Also bear in mind this is more like a campus there are a lot of students that live there. It didn’t bother us but if you are looking to relax you might find it difficult at times due to noise.

I liked: location, design, a lot of professionals and families, lots to do on the grounds for family and friends traveling, free water in the room Didnt like: they did not change the sheets even though you can see makeup stains, didnt really clean the room, fridge is very small Improvements: host daily activities for your guests to allow them to mingle. As a solo traveler i would have appreciated and the bar was one of the reasons I picked this place to allow me to socialize in a safer way.

Would definitely return here. Before we went on our trip we saw reviews about loud construction noise, no pool etc. We had no issues at all. The pool is open but is undergoing chemical treatment. The rooftop is very welcoming and a great place to relax. Our room was extremely clean with maid service every day should we have wanted it. We were surprised to learn there was a gym and laundry washing facilities in the basement of the hotel. My husband used the gym and there were brand new technogym machines in there. Only grumble would be the bed being a bit squeaky, may be because no head board. Just irritating when turning over in bed during the night. If this is the only issue, it’s a good stay! The hotel room had a hair dryer and quality body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There was also a fridge and a safe. We had a drink in the bar a few nights and it’s reasonably priced and the bar staff were fantastic. We didn’t pay for breakfast as we did think that was overpriced at €17 per person each day. We found lovely corenettaria 9 min walk away and had plenty for less than €10 togeher. Close to local transport just takes a minute to get your head around. Fantastic stay, thank you!

Location is not that great as it is kinda far from main attractions. Colosseum is about 30 minute walk away. Area around hotel can be a little shady at night but the property itself is excellent and staff is very very kind and attentive. Rooms were clean and comfortable
