Wonderful place

We were very pleased with our stay. The manager Fabrizio was extremely responsive and also set up our airport and cruise transfers. Mrs. Domitilla was right on time to meet us at the property and was very helpful. The property is very secure behind a gate and is located in a grestvneighborhood that is an easy walk to many sights, shopping, and restaurants. We would stay here again!

Comfort + Value + Location = Great Combination

Our group of 7 adults found all 3 apartments fresh, clean, contemporary and conviently located. Though the Metro was a short walk away we chose to walk to most sights.

Short Stay but great location

The apartment was perfect for our one night in Rome, it was centrally located with an excellent parking place for our van before we took off the next day to travel Italy. Our host was very accommodating to our late arrival and everything went perfectly.

We absolutely loved the three flats

We rented them all, and they were perfect for our group. Clean and well appointed. The location was very convenient. Two blocks to the subway and an easy walk to the Vatican and many sites across the river. Right across the street from the flats was the Cafe Dafne which became our gathering spot. The staff knew us on a first name basis by the end of the week. I would not hesitate to rent these flats again!

Our group stayed in all 3 apartments they were beautifully decorated and had all the amenities

The apartments are top notch loved all the upgrades like towel warmers and coffe makers. Walking distance to all of the popular attractions. Fabrizio was very helpful and flexible with our departure time I would highly recommend these properties we had an amazing time on our family trip.

Perfect for large groups

We were a group of 10 adults and there was plenty of room for all. We were able to walk to the Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps and shopping. Many restaurants nearby. Easy communication with the owner. Would stay again.

Loved it!

We rented all 3 of Fabrizio’s apartments as we were traveling in a big group. All three places were absolutely lovely. The location is perfect. We walked to so many sites and loved the convenience. He was very easy to communicate with and met us upon our arrival. All went smoothly and I’d definitely stay here again!

Great place for a large group

We were a group of 17 aged feom 1-80. We rented out all 3 flats. We were close to one another, which we liked. The neighborhood was amazing. We had a cafe right across the street and yummy gelato (beat gelato we had) 6 minute walk away. We always felt safe. The communication of the host was very good. We would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful place!

Loved this stay! We had 3 apartments for the 15 of us. So easy to get to, location was great! They even went and got us 3 converters that we forgot to pack! Laundry detergent was there, instructions, and even coffee! So nice to work with! They even arranged transportation to and from the airport! Apartments were clean, beautiful, and modern!

We stayed at the apartments from 5/25 to 5/30, and we had a wonderful time. We were impressed by Michela, Maurizio, and Fabrizio's hospitality. They welcomed us in their beautiful apartments with champagne and a fruit basket waiting for us. They were extremely helpful and willing to help with any request that would make our stay more comfortable. The apartments were even more beautiful and nicer than in pictures. They were very clean, smelled great, and all had chic and unique decor. Thank you for helping us feel at home away from home! Finally, great location few steps away from the metro and 10 minutes walk from downtown Rome and the Vatican. Highly recommended, expecially for large groups and special events.

Wonderful stay in Rome

We had a group of 11 with 6 teens, so we rented all three apartments. It was a wonderful stay. The apartments were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The location was great. Our family walked everywhere, except for one day when it was late and we took the metro home from the Colosseum. There is a nice coffee and snack bar right on the corker (Bar Alimentary) and a grocery store less than a block away (Todis), so everything was very easy and convenient. I would highly recommend this property for a stay in Rome.

The three apartments were fabulous, and we were treated like family! The welcoming fruit and drinks were a big surprise, and greatly appreciated. The apartments were spacious, very clean, and in a great location. We were able to walk to the Vatican for Sunday mass and the Pope's audience; a real plus for my family. The market around the block was so convenient for food pick-ups and the neighborhood restaurants were very good. What a plus it was to have a washing machine in each of the three apartments, especially with four children traveling with us. My entire family had a terrific vacation! Thank you so much for attending to every detail of our trip, especially the airport pick-ups and drop-offs; Danielle was great! I will definitely recommend this property to family and friends! Thank you for making our vacation in Rome so special.

Beautiful flat with good connections

Generous appartments with all the necessary equipment for a holiday in Rome. The nearest metro station was not far away. Otherwise very quiet location. The shuttle service to and from the airport was punctual and had a good solution for us despite a delayed piece of luggage. Thank you for the good time!

This is a fancy apartment! The decor is minimal and tasteful, yet cozy and homey. Everything was comfortable and clean, it felt secure and secluded enough to get good night's rest but close enough to the main points of interests. Our hosts were great and offered good recommendations on where and how to go and where to eat. We even got a nice discount and special treatment at a restaurant (and a nice one!) by just mentioning their name! If you're looking for a comfortable, quiet, family friendly and hip place to stay in Rome, we highly recommend this place!

What a beautifully furnished flat. Private with its own outdoor area... Modern, spacious, clean, airy and so centrally located! Practically within walking distance to everything that you need, including the Metro. We received a warm welcome from Fabrizio. The time spent there was truly amazing. Excellent Stay!! Terrific Choice!

Fabrizio's apartments accommodated all 12 of us and fit all of our needs. It can be very difficult trying to accommodate 12 people as they had so many questions and requests. Fabrizio went above and beyond guaranteeing that we had an amazing stay. The apartments are close to the Vatican and in walking distance of the market and restaurants. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. Fabrizio also had excellent communication and was a fantastic host.
