Nous Ă©tions 4 familles de 4 et nous avions rĂ©servĂ© les 3 appartements. Tout Ă©tait super. Appartement propre et si vous n’avez pas peur de marcher vous pouvez faire Rome de l’appartement trĂšs prĂšs et le ColisĂ©e a 40 min de marche. Fabrizio a mĂȘme organisĂ© le transport Ă  partir de l’aĂ©roport pour 10€/personnes c’était l’idĂ©al aprĂšs 8 heures de vol. Super appartement

We absolutely loved the three flats

We rented them all, and they were perfect for our group. Clean and well appointed. The location was very convenient. Two blocks to the subway and an easy walk to the Vatican and many sites across the river. Right across the street from the flats was the Cafe Dafne which became our gathering spot. The staff knew us on a first name basis by the end of the week. I would not hesitate to rent these flats again!

Wonderful place

We were very pleased with our stay. The manager Fabrizio was extremely responsive and also set up our airport and cruise transfers. Mrs. Domitilla was right on time to meet us at the property and was very helpful. The property is very secure behind a gate and is located in a grestvneighborhood that is an easy walk to many sights, shopping, and restaurants. We would stay here again!

Short Stay but great location

The apartment was perfect for our one night in Rome, it was centrally located with an excellent parking place for our van before we took off the next day to travel Italy. Our host was very accommodating to our late arrival and everything went perfectly.

Great place for a large group

We were a group of 17 aged feom 1-80. We rented out all 3 flats. We were close to one another, which we liked. The neighborhood was amazing. We had a cafe right across the street and yummy gelato (beat gelato we had) 6 minute walk away. We always felt safe. The communication of the host was very good. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfort + Value + Location = Great Combination

Our group of 7 adults found all 3 apartments fresh, clean, contemporary and conviently located. Though the Metro was a short walk away we chose to walk to most sights.

Perfect location for our group of 17

We were a group of 17, with multiple families traveling together, ages 11-70. The 3 apartments were perfect for our families. Several shared the 3 bed apt, several shared the 2 bed apt, and our family of 4 had the studio apt. Having a small kitchen was helpful to be able to make breakfast before heading out each morning. We did have trouble figuring out the coffee maker (same one in each apt) and I tried asking several people and did not receive any help, so my coffee drinkers weren't happy about that part. We stayed Saturday through Wednesday morning, and then headed to the port for our week long cruise. Fabrizio arranged our transportation from the airport to the apt, and then from the port to the airport also. One of our drivers was the same (we had 3 drivers each time), and we really enjoyed him (Massimo). Giovanni was my point of contact and he was also one of our drivers to the airport. All of the communication was great (through Whats App). Overall, a great experience for our group, great neighborhood, very close to a metro stop so we could get anywhere. We didn't really use the sitting area outside of the apt because it was very hot when we were there. Had a problem 2 of the nights with a dog barking in what seemed like the apt below us and we didn't really have anyone to contact about that (that could help anyway). It was out first night there and we were exhausted, so eventually I just grabbed my earplugs.

Perfect Rome Home

We were 13 people staying here for 4 nights. To start, communication with Fabrizio, the property owner, was great. He helped us book taxis for our airport transfers and was prompt in responding. The check in was a breeze with Umar. We arrived in Rome early in the morning after a red eye and they were very gracious in helping us to check-in to one apartment early. The apartments are all very spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything you need. Our group of 13 was very comfortable. The apartments each have laundry available and there are plenty of bathrooms for a large group. The bedrooms are all spacious and each apartment has a generous combined kitchen and living room area. Having lived many years in NYC, I can attest that these are good sized apartments for city living. There is a small private courtyard and balcony as well for some outdoor living. The location was also great. We walked to most places (Vatican, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon) and took the subway everywhere else. The subway was a quick walk from here. The neighborhood is not touristy and was busy with real Romans, which we liked. There is plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby plus a grocery store. There is a main tree with lots of shopping not far away. All in all, I couldn’t ask for more and would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful stay in Rome

We had a group of 11 with 6 teens, so we rented all three apartments. It was a wonderful stay. The apartments were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The location was great. Our family walked everywhere, except for one day when it was late and we took the metro home from the Colosseum. There is a nice coffee and snack bar right on the corker (Bar Alimentary) and a grocery store less than a block away (Todis), so everything was very easy and convenient. I would highly recommend this property for a stay in Rome.

Beautiful flat with good connections

Generous appartments with all the necessary equipment for a holiday in Rome. The nearest metro station was not far away. Otherwise very quiet location. The shuttle service to and from the airport was punctual and had a good solution for us despite a delayed piece of luggage. Thank you for the good time!

Amazing apartment for a large group

We traveled to Rome with 13 family members and this apartment group was perfect for us. It was easy to check in, communication with Fabrizio and Ms. Domitilla was excellent and the place was clean and exactly as described.. My niece and her husband slept on the pull out couch in the 1 bedroom apartment and said it was the comfiest pull out couch they had ever slept on! The location was great and we were able to walk everywhere we needed to - 10 minutes to the Vatican and 30 minutes to the Colosseum area. Fabrizio arranged car service for us from the airport and to the train station which worked out perfectly. I would highly recommend this location for a big group.

Amazing, Spacious Apartments

The reviews and pictures did not do this property justice; they were BETTER! This was a truly wonderful property with three spacious, secure apartments. We had plenty of room, the apartments were comfortable, well-appointed, and the private laundry was a a welcome blessing as we traversed across Europe. Close across to the metro was nice and the neighborhood was very safe, quiet, and offered a relaxing vibe from some of the more crowded touristy areas. Really wonderful communication with the property owner and host Domitilla prior to and during our arrival. This was a truly great place, perfect for large groups and multi-family travel.

Terrible hospitality

We booked this property due to the fact that there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our family of 7 (3 kids, my husband and I, and my elderly parents). When we arrived we had to let ourselves in (per instructions from the management company) and then 20 minutes later we were greeted by the local manager. She processed our documents and very quickly reviewed how all the doors worked. No words of welcome, and no advice regarding Rome or the area. As we are experienced VRBO travelers we were hoping for at least a map, list of local places, and maybe even a little welcome basket. In fact, when I asked her about how to find the closest market, she didn’t know. Each apartment lacked in amenities. No paper towels, few glasses - if any - and no corkscrew, for example. The furnishings and bedding were in poor condition. Stains everywhere, furniture chipped and badly worn, shower doors broken, broken soap dispensers, urine on the floor in the bathroom when we arrived
 As a courtesy I reached out to the owner to advise them of our concerns thinking that they would want to help us and make things right, but instead, the responses I received were rude. In fact, I even got a message from the proprietor telling me that he “didn’t want unhappy guests in his apartments” and that we could leave early and he would charge us a reduced rate. Rome in July? There was no way we could have found another place to stay, so we remained until the end of our booking. I’ve been coming to Italy for over 30 years and this shocking lack of hospitality is most certainly uncharacteristic of Italians
and definitely not what you’d expect of a VRBO property. Every other property we’ve stayed at in Italy was incredibly lovely, responsive and accommodating. If you’re looking for a decent place in Rome, this is not it. I recommend staying only at properties that are owner-operated, not managed by a third party.

Wonderful apartments and location

The apartments were absolutely perfect for our large group of 16. They were all beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was perfect! There is a little store/coffee shop on the corner and some amazing restaurants very close. The Metro is also just down the street. Fabrizio is the best host I have ever worked with. He helped us with all of our transfers (even our transfers after the cruise) and he was always very quick to respond whenever I had a question. When I return to Rome I will definitely be staying here again!

Great place with lots of room for a large group

We rented all 3 apartments for our group of 12 adults. The accommodations fit our needs perfectly. We felt very safe with the security locking systems on the apartments and gates. Fabrizio was informative and helpful in helping us set up transport to the airport when we left. We walked everywhere while in Rome. We were close to the Vatican. We never struggled to find places to eat. The colloseum amd other sites were about a 45-50 minute walk away. We had a great time! Also, the air conditioning worked great so that was a plus on a very hot day in Rome.

Nicht mittendrin - aber ruhig und zentral gelegen

Schön ist es, dass die Unterkunft in einer ruhigen angenehmen Gegend ist, perfekt fĂŒr die Übernachtung. In ein paar Minuten zu Fuss an der Metro, von dort in 2 Min. am Piazza Popollo oder auch in der Innenstadt. Sehr schön auch, 3 Gehminuten zum Tiber und von dort zu Fuss in 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Ausstattung super und man hat sich bei der Dekoration wirklich mĂŒhe gegeben!

Loved it!

We rented all 3 of Fabrizio’s apartments as we were traveling in a big group. All three places were absolutely lovely. The location is perfect. We walked to so many sites and loved the convenience. He was very easy to communicate with and met us upon our arrival. All went smoothly and I’d definitely stay here again!

Good location in a quiet neighborhood

The apartments were very clean and well-appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The lock system took a little patience, but we eventually got used to it. The only down side was that linens were not provided for the sofa bed but we adjusted. All in all, a nice stay.

Xmas 2019 for 13 people

We rented all three properties and all were as described. Nicely appointed. We were 13 and all had a bed. The property manager was there when we arrived. When there were issues they showed up to fix it. Nice quiet safe residential neighborhood. Uber found us with no problem. It would have been nice to have more of a sitting space in the 3 bedroom unit but we worked with it. The other two were great and we used those. Everything is about a 5 to 10 minute walk. Supermarket is around the corner. If you can’t do steps all had a flight to walk. The WiFi could have been better. I would recommend staying here.
