This location was right in the heart of Trastevere and had everything we needed. The host was very easy to communicate with. The host also organized transportation to FCO for an early morning ride to the airport, which was very much appreciated (additional price) for the ease of not having to order a taxi.

We really loved staying here, tbh I didn't want to leave. The apartment is very comfortable and clean, the host Ricardo is very accommodating and kind, very responsive. The neighborhood is fantastic, yes there is graffiti but it just adds character, everywhere was super safe, we never worried about crime even walking late at night and there are so many restaurants and fun shops everywhere, I love Rome I would go back tomorrow if I could, in fact we are planning a return trip for later this year once the weather cools off. I cannot recommend this host and the property highly enough, 5 star.

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay here. The apartment is clean, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the host was very prompt and kind. The set up of the apartment was great and it was in a super location. We will look to stay here again if we visit Rome in the near future. Great times! Highly recommended.

This apartment is perfectly located near restaurants, convenience stores Trastevere sights etc. It has recently been remodeled and is beautifully appointed with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The double paned windows allow the energy of the street to be heard or totally blocked out for quiet. Check in and out is easy as are the directions for use of the appliances. Riccardo, the owner is most responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning to this lovely flat.

Trastevere stay

The apartment was adequate. There really isn't a living room and the sofa there isn't very comfortable. They have a good Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle but other than that, we never used any of the kitchen items. There are two nice bedrooms and bathrooms, but would have felt small with 4 people and 6 not even thinkable. Would not have called it a luxury stay. The email link to enter the street door was not correct in a number of email attempts to send but finally got the right link which finally worked. The neighborhood is lively and fun with a gritty feel.

A place to savor the best of Trastavere

Riccardo is a gracious and attentive host and the location is the perfect blend of tranquil and nightlife adjacency. If I come back to Rome this is where I’ll be looking g to stay again.

Great location, responsive host

I love the Trastevere neighborhood, and this unit is centrally located. There are even luggage lockers right around the corner. Our arrival in Rome was very stressful because the airline lost all of our luggage and then we couldn't get our internet to work which made it hard for us to access the apartment. I was frantically texting Ricardo and he was very responsive. As soon as we entered, he asked if we found it clean, which I appreciated. Cleanliness is very important to us! We only stayed two nights but I wish we could've stayed more. There was plenty of space with two well-appointed bathrooms. The shower in the main bathroom tended to leak water on the floor, but other than that, no problems. What confused me the most about the listing was that it said, "sleeps six" but the price advertised was actually for two people and we had to pay extra for six people. But overall, a great neighborhood, clean apartment, responsive host, comfortable beds, and plenty of room. I would definitely recommend.

It was nice to be out of the crowds of center city but very easy to get to quickly. Good restaurants close by. The beds were some of the best I’ve experienced at a rental property. Definitely recommend.

A FANTASTIC Property

I cannot say enough great things about this property. First of all Riccardo is an outstanding house ! Literally answering my every question with a few minutes . As first time US travelers to Europe 
 I had a lot of questions. He answered every single one and put me at ease . The apartment is great . We’re spending 95% outside and just sleeping here . It’s the little things , many outlet adapters, the super hip glass showers , extra pillows and blankets , the Bluetooth speaker . A special cocktail eating for us in the fridge with chilled shot glasses . He also set up our airport pickup Loved this place . Thank you Riccardo for making our stay so memorable.
