super Lage, aber Bilder im Internet in Bezug auf die innere Raumaufteilung sind irreführend!

Die Lage des Appartements ist wirklich super!! Man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen. Die Fotos im Internet sind jedoch irreführend, so ist das zweite Schlafzimmer gleichzeitig der Wohnraum und der ist sowohl nach vorne raus, als auch zum Innenhof hin sehr laut! Die Ausstattung ist zu spartanisch! Keine Trockentücher für die Küche, kein Wasserkocher, keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Besen, kein Handfeger, dafür eine Waschmascine, die für einen Städte Aufenthalt von ca. 5 Tagen in der Regel nicht notwendig ist!

The posted pictures of the apartment were misleading and actually it was in very poor condition the kitchen was not usable and the bathroom was in disrepair with water shooting out of the toilet tank and shower. When I contacted the host to request a repair of the toilet valve that was spraying water every time we flushed he said he was busy on vacation and could not repair it for us which was just as well because he said it was hot anyway and splashing water was refreshing. Really? The address we were provided was incorrect and non-existent although nearby we were unable to locate our apartment until he finally answered the phone and told us we were lost and that it was our confusion that caused the problem when actually it was the incorrect address we were provided by the website and app. Overall the apartment was less than acceptable to say the least. The common areas(stairs and entry hall)were filthy, the fountain shown in the post was actually a dripping faucet that was filling a stone basin, holding stagnant water resulting in an excessive mosquito infestation that made things even less desirable.

Location is everything!

The place had everything we needed for the two days we stayed in Rome. Its location is the best part! Being able to walk out of the apartment and find yourself in the heart of it all was priceless.

Week in Rome

We stayed in the property for a week - myself, wife, 21 year old and 17 year old daughters. The location is as good as it gets. In a lovely safe area, with fantastic restaurants and boutique shops all around, as well as a short walk from Navona square. Check in was difficult as we got there at 1am and the key didn’t work. My advice is take a taxi here straight from the airport if there are a few of you - don’t go to Termini station first. The apartment was very well equipped. The main down side is that there is no noise insulation. Luigi, the host, is very responsive and highly recommended.

Everything to love!

The property was everything we wanted and needed! Bonus is in unit washing machine! Great location. Very comfortable. Super easy to communicate with owner. There is everything to love here. Tip: ask how to turn on hot water heater before you need a shower! (lol)

While the apartment is in an excellent location, walking distance to restaurants, cafes and historical sites, the apartment itself is in desperate need of repair/updating. The shower is miniature in size - I am a tiny 50kg woman and felt claustrophobic in it as it was so small. The small amount of water which flowed out of the spout sprayed everywhere but where needed, and along with the leaking shower base, flooded the entire bathroom. The washing machine pipe also leaked, leaving the bathroom floor like a river. Like other reviews, the washing machine does not spin properly leaving clothes very wet, which is difficult when there is no rack or line to dry them on, The kitchen is old and dirty-looking which we chose not to use. The tap stripped during our entire stay, something I also saw in a review from months before our stay. One of the “bedrooms” is the lounge area right at the front entrance of the apartment. We were on the 2nd floor and there is no lift. The stairs are very steep and narrow which made getting luggage up and down very difficult. It is obvious that the owner is just about making money and is not prepared to spend any money to fix the apartment. Luigi was pleasant and easy to deal with, however he came into the apartment during our stay while we were out to change the shower head, which I was not thrilled about. As mentioned, the area is amazing but there are much nicer places to stay in this area.

Great stay in good location

Great location if you are planning to experience the center of Rome. A bit of a walk to some of the major attractions. If you are an active family, this is a great place to stay! Place has what you need and host was clear about check-in instructions.

There is a pretty bare-bone property. It has mattresses and shower in poor conditions. It is on the 2nd floor (on the 3rd level) with narrow stairs. It reminds me my college dormitory. The only good thing is it is located in the old town and close to tourist attractions. Also when you are in Rome try to get taxi. Uber is much more expensive.

Very nice and spacious apartment. Love the big windows with the shutters that keeps the rooms cool and airy at night. The beds were comfortable. It was close to the Vatican and most of the attractions. Enjoyed our stay here.

Great Location and Communication

The flat is ideally located - easy to walk to several sites and out to restaurants and shops. The apartment itself is pretty basic, but it had everything we needed, and we didn’t come to Rome to spend time inside. Luigi and Elena were excellent about answering questions and proving check-in information. There’s a market less than 5 minutes away to pick up food and an amazing selection of cafes. We walked all over the city from here. If you have mobility issues, this apartment might be a challenge due to stairs, but stairs are everywhere in Rome… We were overall happy with our stay and thought the location was perfect for us.

The apartment was not as described. The living room was used as a bedroom which meant whomever stayed in the bedroom had to walk through the living room bedroom to go to the bathroom. It wasn’t very clean. The washer didn’t work properly, wouldn’t wring the clothes out so they were dripping wet. And there is no dryer as described The refrigerator had used drinks in it from the previous renter. The kitchen faucet dripped constantly. Would not stay here again unless changes are made.

Absolutely loved our stay in Rome! Our family of six had an incredible time exploring the city, and this apartment was the perfect home base for our adventures. Great apartment!! I would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We were a bit confused on having to pay cash for taxes when we arrived. VRBO mislead us and told us we didn't have to, but in reality we did. Our host was so kind when we had to apologize for the misinformation from VRBO. I would stay at this property again. But don't know if I will be using VRBO ever again!! They need to train their customer support better.

Decent apartment in the thick of the hip Navona Square area

We stayed four nights, and had a really great time. It is a a 5 minute walk from Hadrian's Mausoleum, a 10 minute walk to St. Peter's in the Vatican, a 20 minute walk from the Vatican museum, a 30 minute walk from the forum, and a 40 minute walk from the Colosseum, max. In the tourist season, you walk out the door and you are right in the mix of the narrow streets with so many restaurants and cafes. I would describe the apartment overall as adequate - nothing fancy, but it's got beds, a functional if small kitchen, a shower, and a washing machine, as advertised. Mostly we had really good communications with the owner, but as we were checking out, we asked what to do with the food waste and plastic we generated over our lengthy stay and did not get a response. Other than that, though, it was fine and everything was as advertised.

La propiedad es muy cara para lo que ofrece. La entrada al edificio es sucia y fea, olía mal. El lugar para dejar el equipaje era afuera y estaba lloviendo ese día. El apartamento estaba limpio superficialmente pero necesitaba una limpieza a fondo. Solo habían 2 tazas para 6 personas. La ubicación es buena.
