This stunning property is located on hilltops in Les Issambres in a quiet area without traffic. The beach, restaurants and the center of Les Issambres with all amenities and the ferry boat to St. Tropez are reachable within a short drive.

The villa in a Californian style was completed in April 2015 and offers a stunning 270 ° panoramic sea views into the Bay of Saint Raphael and the Bay of Saint-Tropez.

The modern equipped air-conditioned property offers a living area of ​​approximately 220 m² on two levels for eight persons.

Wunderbare Lage mit traumhafter Aussicht.

Magnifique.... atemberaubende Sicht und ein sehr schönes Haus. Wir hatten anfangs Probleme mit dem Warmwasser und waren begeistert wie schnell Herr Pascal Arnauld uns geholfen hat. Vielen Dank an Herrn und Frau Arnauld! Gerne werden wir wiederkommen. Die Beschreibung im Inserat entspricht genau den Erwartungen und die Buchungsabwicklung hat hervorragend geklappt.

Lieu magnifique

Villa superbe, immense terrasse vue sur la méditerranée, de l Estérel au golfe de St Tropez. Parfaitement équipée, nous n avons manqué de rien. La villa est entretenue et spacieuse. Toutes les pieces sont lumineuses grace aux grandes baies vitrees et offrent toutes une vue sur mer. Monsieur Arnaud a été à l ecoute, disponible et d une grande gentillesse. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement et tout était prêt et opérationnel à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa, très bien située entre cannes et st Tropez et qui nous aura permis de passer un séjour formidable en famille. Je ne peux que recommander vivement cette villa qui propose de belles prestations. J y retournerai avec grand plaisir et la recommanderai à mon entourage.

Sehr schön gelegene Villa

Die Lage ist für Menschen, die Ruhe suchen, sehr gut. Die Anfahrt auf den Berg ist sehr steil. Da geht nur Mountain-Bike oder SUV. Tiefergelegte Autos werden ein Problem bekommen. Das Schwimmbad ist nicht beheizt. Wer das sucht, sollte im Sommer dort hin fahren. Im Herbst gibt es für „Warmduscher“ einen Whirlpool. Die Villa selbst hat sehr viele Fensterflächen und damit einen grandiosen Ausblick. aus allen Räumen. Achtung, dei Betten sind sehr weich. Wer harte Matrazen sucht, fährt mit wehem Rücken nach Hause oder muss kreativ werden. Gewöhnungsbedürftig sind die fehlenden Badezimmertüren zu den Schlafzimmern. Es gibt im EG aber noch zwei geschlossene Bäder. Für uns waren die oben genannten Punkte alle kein Problem und daher auch die 5 Sterne für die Villa.

Traumhafter Ausblick

Das Mietobjekt hat eine schöne Terrasse mit einem traumhaften Meerblick. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von M. Arnaud am Objekt empfangen. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Sämtliche Zimmer sind klimatisiert und mit Rollläden versehen, so dass man auch im Sommer einen erholsamen Schlaf bekommt. Als kleinen Kritikpunkt würden wir die Qualität der technischen Ausstattung (Fernseher, HIFI Anlage - nicht vorhanden, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Backofen) anführen. Diese könnte für ein solches Objekt durchaus hochwertiger sein. Diese Urlaubswoche in Südfrankreich mit der ganzen Familie haben wir extrem genossen.
