Located upstream of all canoe liveries for a quieter stretch of water in a small and friendly neighborhood within walking distance from the quaint downtown area of Roscommon, this location is perfect.
The home is just four miles from the renowned Mason Tract (flies-only water) making it ideal for trout fishing, kayaking, and canoeing enthusiasts. Outdoor adventure continues located 10 minutes from beautiful Higgins Lake, and just 10 minutes from Forest Dunes Golf Club. A 2 car garage is available for your use along with 2 canoes, a variety of skis, and plenty of firewood.

Great family vacation

Our stay was amazing! Mom, Dad, and 3 daughters ages 12, 8, 7. Plenty of room and so many things to explore. We used Campbell's down the road to Kayak. Higgins lake state park is so close we visited there for a day trip. We golfed, and spent the rest of the time on the decks overlooking the gorgeous river.

Perfect weekend stay

This is a perfect property for a short or extended stay. It's in a great location next to ski trails. The house is spotless and well-equipped with all kitchen utensils, plates, cups, etc.Excellent communication with Bill, the property manager.
