Appartement spacieux, propre, calme, et bien équipé. Climatisation parfaite tant dans le séjour que dans le couloir qui dessert les chambres et la salle de bain.Terrasse avec vue sur la mer une quinzaine de mètres plus bas.Le chemin piétonnier GR très agréable en bord de mer permet de rejoindre en une dizaine de minutes 2 plages splendides.Communication parfaite avec les gérants qui sont très arrangeants et réactifs, c’est très agréable. L’escalier dont parlent certains entre le parking et l’immeuble n’est pas un problème dans la mesure où il est possible de descendre en voiture devant l’entrée pour déposer les passagers qui ont besoin d’un accès de plain pied, avant de remonter parquer la voiture dans sa place réservée (accès très facile par exemple pour ma 308SW).Le centre de Roses est accessible à pied, la région est sublime, et cet emplacement permet de rayonner facilement alentours.En résumé : vacances très réussies !

Calme et vue extraordinaire

Super appartement, remise des clés et procédure de départ: ponctualité et efficacité. Accueil très chaleureux de la part des propriétaires. Lieu idéal pour les sportifs et amateurs de calme.

Roses

Après une belle semaine sur Roses je vais faire un point entre les -et +. Pour les plus: appartement très bien situé sur Canyelles avec une super vu mer. Appartement bien agencé avec une belle terrasse. Appartement calme malgré des bruits de canalisations par moment. Pour les moins: stationnement avec beaucoup de marches escarpées. À notre arrivée climatisation en panne qui nous a obligé de laisser la porte dû palier ouverte en permanence afin de faire un courant d’air (avantage nous avons rencontré les voisins 😄) Je tiens à préciser que la propriétaire à fait un geste.

Der Roses Urlaub war einer der schönsten den wir gemacht haben.

Die Wohnung war top. Der Herr von der Agentur der die Übergabe gemacht hat, war sehr sehr nett und hat sein bestes gegeben um es uns auf englisch verständlich zu machen, ein sehr witziger charmante Person. Eigentlich gibt es fast nix zu bemängeln, alles war top, in der Wohnung war alles was man benötigt hatte. Und die Aussicht vom Balkon ein Traum. Nur eine Sache hat sehr gestört, das ständige Treppen laufen zum Parkplatz und für unseren Bus auch ziemlich klein. Sonst TOP

Séjour petite canyelle

Bonjour, habituée à la baie de Roses, un chgmt cette année pr Canyelle. Un appartement plus moderne. Une climatisation ds le salon mais insuffisante pr les chambres. Il serait peut être intéressant de mettre des ventilateurs plafonniers. Et pr plus d hygie changer les tapis en laine contre des tapis coco. Sinon un séjour super, des rochers et du sable, le soleil plus qu'au rdv. Bref l'Espagne 😉👍
