Due to the large increase in energy costs, a basic consumption of 15kw per day is included in the rental price. If it exceeds it, the extra kw will be charged at the current market price, the amount of the kw/h will be indicated in the rental contract.



Is there air conditioning?

Yes, in 3 of the bedrooms and the living room

We remind them that the air usually cools the room immediately if all the openings are closed, so it is not necessary to leave it working if they are not at home.



How big is the pool?

It measures 3.5 x 7.50m with a maximum depth of approximately 1.60m.



How are the beds?

There is a double bed of 180x200 and 4 single beds of 90x190cm



Are towels included?

No, but we have it for rent.



Who is in charge of maintaining the pool?

The technician stops by once a week.
