The apartment for 2 persons is very popular because of its sun, moon and star equipment. They have cable TV and radio. Just a few meters from the old stream and just 200 meters from the Baltic Sea beach, these cozy holiday rooms in the heart of Warnemünde. In the lovingly furnished with four-poster beds Holiday accommodation between 1 to 6 people can stay. For each apartment and each guest room includes a table with chairs in the nice and cozy courtyard. Here you are welcome to use the grill. FeWo Warnemünde

Die Lage der FeWo befindet sich in zentraler Lage zum Hafen, aber auch direkt an der Tourihauptroute zum Strand, daher darf man nur zu bestimmten Zeiten mit dem Auto hinfahren. Saubere kleine Nichtraucher-FeWo mit ansprechender Einrichtung. Jede FeWo hat Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich und diese sind mit zum Teil bepflanzten Trennwänden ausgestattet. Im Bad und Wohn-/Schlafbereich gibt es größere Wasserflecken. Ferner gibt es eine Halterung für einen Feuermelder, aber keinen Feuermelder. WLAN steht zur Verfügung, das Passwort befindet sich am Bett in einem Bilderrahmen. In der Küche gibt es neben Herplatten auch eine Mikrowelle sowie eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Wasserkocher, es wäre nützlich gewesen, auch eine Haushaltsrolle vorzufinden.Nette FeWo-Nachbarn, leider zog aber der Zigarettenrauch ins Zimmer, deswegen mussten die Fenster oft zu bleiben. Obwohl ich eher ankam, erhielt ich den Schlüssel, doch leider gab es nach der kurzen Schlüsselübergabe keinen Kontakt mehr zur Anbieterin, beim auschecken konnte ich den Schlüssel nur in den Briefkasten werfen, da trotz Klingeln niemand erreichbar war. Schön wäre ein bisschen Smalltalk gewesen, wenn man gefragt wird, ob man sich hier auskennt, etc.Ansonsten ist die FeWo in dieser Lage sehr zu empfehlen.

Preis /Leistungsverhältnis nicht okay. Sehr Einfach, dafür teuer.

Entschuldigung für meine Grammatik, ich bin Niederländerin. Das Zimmer ist ziemlich klein und zum Bad/WC gibt es nur eine schlechte sehr dünne Schiebetür. Die Schiebetür schließt nicht und macht viel Lärm beim öffnen und schließen, der Andere wird auf jeden fall wach. Man hört jedes Geräusch. (z.B. Toilette) Wir (2 Freundinnen) fühlten uns nicht sehr wohl. Eine komische Duschabtrennung die nur ca. 1,50 Meter hoch ist, lädt nicht zum duschen ein. (alles wird nass) Der Innenhof war vielleicht mal nett, aber im Moment blättert die ganze Farbe ab. Es ist Alles sehr einfach und dafür viel zu teuer. Das Bett war sehr weich und die Matratze schon ziemlich durchgelegen. Positiv ist die zentrale Lage und es war sauber.
