The price is right, and you get what you pay for. As others have stated, the rooms are clean. However, there is a lot of renovation at present. During the renovation, there is lots of furniture in the halls, as well as trash and food that the workers are probably eating. For example, there were large trash bags in the hall. There were Little Caesars pizza boxes and a bag of sliced bread, plastic cups, etc. I think they were snacks that the renovation workers were eating. There's a slight odor that is probably from Clorox and paint. The carpet in my room was stained, but I think it was clean. The couch was clean but worn down. The pillows are low quality. The good news - wifi was not great but allowed me to download podcasts to my iPhone. My room had a large refrigerator and freezer, as well as a small microwave, much like an extended stay hotel would have. The toilet paper is high grade, probably Charmin.
