We asked the staff before checking in if they were having a full breakfast. The girl at the desk insisted that there would be breakfast and added there would be bacon and eggs. All there was this morning was cereal, bagals/no cream cheese and waffles but no forks no plates. Approached staff and basically shrugged her shoulders. Same response when I reported the remote didnt work gave me another that didnt work, then handed me four.

Horrible service, rooms smell bad. Bathroom door not closing, no ac working. Front desk clerk has no knowledge of what to do in difficult situations and she was rude. I definitely will NOT be coming back and NOT recommend to anyone.
