The staff at the hotel were its best feature. The room was clean and had everything we needed, but could use some updating. The laundry facility was nice and offered at a very good price for washing and drying. The WIFI needs to be faster and more reliable. They definitely need faster and more reliable

Very clean and tidy room. Excellent location, next to Kuirau lake, the free geothermal park with free hot spring foot bath. We had a great walk around after dinner. Wish we could stay there longer.

The room was tiny for a motel not in a big city. There was no space on the floor to open a big luggage. It's the size of a ship cruise room! The small garbage can was on top of the microwave which was on top of the counter.

Clean room, easy check in and friendly staff. It's basic, but good value for money for the area. Close to the park, so restaurants are an easy 10 minute walk. Loads of free parking.
