Summary:

Style, space, convenience... Groovy on Grey is a bright and welcoming retreat. Equipped with everything you need, the house boasts open plan kitchen and dining, providing a social living space. The house is fantastically located for a visitor to the city being just a short walk or drive in either direction to a number of our favourite attractions. There is a great bistro up the road for your morning coffee and brunch (Urbano), or jump on your bike and be at the Redwoods in minutes.



The Space:

The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, while the remaining three bedrooms each offer comfortable queen beds. With two full bathrooms and a separate laundry equipped with a washer and dryer, the home is set up for a comfortable and convenient stay. Step outside to a huge backyard with a spa pool—ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Rotorua.

We enjoyed our short stay in the middle of a quiet neighborhood that was a quick drive to everything in town. The house was as advertised; spacious and clean. Our stay was too short to really settle in, but we had everything we needed while we were there.

This is a great location that is central to Rotorua. Of course, if you have a car, nothing in Rotorua is far to get to!The spa was a welcome extra - wish we could have used it more .Would definitely book this place again.

The house was very clean and modern. Lots of space inside and a big garden. Hot tub was a wellcome extra we could use. Good off road parking and close to small shops for buying essentials.

Our only minor suggestion would be to ensure the curtains are hung properly - a small detail that would elevate the already professional presentation. Despite this, we'd highly recommend this property and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Great value for the experience!

This was a great option for the long weekend with lots of space for our groups and really well equipped to ensure you did not have to eat out every night. Its positioned to mean you can walk to town if you want and easy to strike out for any of the attractions. A great option in Rotorua.
