This recently renovated 4000 sq ft house located on 7 acres includes three full levels of living and ocean views from every room. Check out the amazing stars at night or enjoy sunny afternoons from the dock in the summer. Prepare and enjoy meals in the large, well-stocked kitchen, equipped with a new Viking range, or grill dinner on the deck. Enjoy time together around the dining room table which seats 10-12. Or better yet, during the summer and early fall, head to the lobster pounds in Round Pond—a short walk or ride. It’s perfect for large or multiple families looking to explore mid-coast Maine, or couples who want to vacation together yet have your own space. Summer and fall are beautiful and winter and spring are tranquil. The house is available to rent year-round and is equipped with two wood stoves to stay warm on chilly evenings. High speed internet and boosters throughout the house make it a great option for those looking to work from home in the summer or off-season. Monthly rentals are available.
