I happened upon this listing out of pure luck. My son was attending a football camp over a weekend. We flew in from out of state so I just randomly chose a spot. Best decision ever! It was easy to navigate from the airport in Austin. Mostly two lane back roads and lots to see. The place is peaceful and gorgeous. The pool was definitely a hit with my family who came to visit while we were there. We had some last minute changes like an earlier than expected arrival and requested to stay an extra night because we were having so much fun! The town itself which was new for me was adorable! We found a new place to visit again in the near future!

The property setting is lovely, and the pool and hot tub (when we could get the hot tub heated) are very nice. The living room area is way too small for the number of beds this home has. One sofa, one lounge chair, and a table pushed up against a wall is not adequate. The problem we had during our stay, which we reported to the management company, was the lack of hot water in 2 of 3 bathrooms. When it warmed up, it was barely a trickle of hot water.

Great property and great host with A communication. Highly recommended. I booked the property for an annual car-guys trip and it was perfect for us. Plenty of parking for all our cars, and great driving roads in the area. A nice long winding drive up to the house is a nice greet when entering, the house is nice and conducive to gathering. Big porch with plenty of seating and nice views. We really enjoyed the pool which is resort-sized, clean and well maintained. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Check-in/out and house rules are clear and easy. We will be back!

We stayed at this house over the 4th of July weekend - 8 adults, 8 kids.Pros: Very Clean space - Huge rooms, big enough to fit your family if you have little kids (we were able to fit our pack and play into the room comfortably). There is a nice bunk room upstairs as well. The kitchen was well stocked (utensils), GREAT pool, close to town, and a very large garage area with arcade games and toys for the kids. Cons: the common area in the house is very small, which was kind of misleading based on the pictures. Given the house sleeps 16 people, the common area has one 3 person couch and one chair. The dining table is directly under the TV and up against the wall. We were at the house on a very rainy weekend, which made being inside difficult because there was not really a place for us to hang out. Having the garage play area was our saving grace but it was super hot and muggy out there - no fan or anything. Both of the outdoor fridges were not working so we had to live out of our coolers for the overflow.The fire pit was overgrown and had not been mowed so we could not use it - and the grill was a very small charcoal grill. We ended up bringing our own Blackstone so we could actually cook for the amount of people we had.

The perfect house for any group!

This house checked all the boxes online and exceeded expectations in person. It was so inviting, the decor was beautiful without being too formal. Plenty of beds, comfy beds, kitchen fully stocked, easy to use technology and remotes for hot tub. We were a girls weekend but the house is stocked for families and/or couples. The office was so responsive when questions asked! Highly recommend!

Family had a great time!

Our family group enjoy the house and especially the pool! We had a couple of minor issues come up during our stay, but they were responded to and resolved quickly. The seating in the living area does not accommodate many people (3 person couch and a chair with ottoman) but there are additional chairs at the dining table for extra seats). The outside dining table was very nice. All in all, we had a great time!

Great house!

We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again. Cannot give it 5 stars because there were just a few issues. There is no path to the pool and you have to walk through the grass. The refrigerator is not big enough for a house that sleep 15, and the trash can in the garage is not big enough for that many people, the staff should bring the large bin from the street back to the house so the guests don't have to put trash in their car to take it to the bigger bin. But we still very much enjoyed our stay, loved the pool! It was comfortable! Love the decor. Great location and would definitely come back. Don't hesitate to make your reservation.

So much fun!

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Tres Hermanas! The location was perfect, convenient to Round Top shops and restaurants. The pool and garage were amazing - my 10 yo son had a blast playing ping pong, riding the scooters, playing Ms. Pac-Man, and swimming. The beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen/living room was small (in my opinion) for such a gathering place, but the outdoor spaces more than made up for that! I would definitely recommend it to other families!

Overall good stay minus the hot tub

We stayed for a low-key bachelorette weekend and overall it was a good stay. Pros: The house was very clean and the property manager was very responsive and even came out once to address a couple issues. The property, pool, and garage are HUGE and we had all the kitchen supplies and towels we needed. The masseuses booked through the property manager were awesome. Cons: The main reason we booked the property, however, was to use the hot tub in February and it wasn't heating, so we couldn't use it. In the house rules after booking, it states no refund will be provided if the hot tub isn't working, so that was a pretty big disappointment. The sink in the primary bathroom barely had any water coming out of it and there could've been more toilet paper supplied for such a big group of girls.

Perfect in Round Top

We loved this property for our family - ages 5 to 90! We had a wedding in Round Top and the location of this VRBO was perfect. Very clean, very quiet and a fun place to hang out. It was precious to see my 90 year old mom playing pac-man with her great granddaughter! I highly recommend checking this out because the description is accurate and the place lived up to the beautiful photos online - even in the dead of winter.

Ladies College Reunion Weekend

A group of nine of us girls had an extremely comfortable and spacious time at Casa TresHermanas. The rooms and bathrooms situation was excellent. If I could try to come up with something to thumbs down it would be that the bike tires weren't all aired up.... so that's reaching for a complaint. The host was responsive and organized. Would be so happy to stay here again and be so close to all the greatness of Round Top, Texas!

Older women who were high school friends

There are 9 of us who graduated high school in 1960. We meet once a year for fun and catching-up. The house was perfect for us. There were plenty of downstairs bedrooms for the ones who can’t climb stairs anymore. The house was perfect! It was beautifully decorated and very clean. It was well appointed with all the conveniences you might need. We had a wonderful time. Check-in was easy. Check out was a tad early but certainly doable. It earns 5 stars!

Perfect for couples, families, all ages!

Clean, spacious, private baths for all guests, well-equipped, quiet, private, and close enough to Round Top. This house exceeded our expectations and accommodated our family of 12, plus a dog. Grandparents, adult children, and grandchildren ages 6, 9, 10, and 16. The giant garage and outdoor living amply extended the usable space for everyone to enjoy. The bicycles, ping pong, karaoke, and Ms. Pac Man provided hours of entertainment. The kitchen was well equipped, and even found an extension cord in the garage to use. Looking forward to returning with 3 other couples for a getaway, star gazing, and pool time. Kuddos to the management team for excellent communications throughout our stay.
