Glorious residence!

What a lovely place to stay! Everything is new and sparkling clean, hosts are amazing and there is also a cat included :P We loved the bed, kitchen, clean bathroom and mosquito net! Location is peaceful, safe and green. We absolutely loved it!

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Me and my dog Kivi loved staying at the place. It's very recently renovated, very clean, minimalistic, yet absolutely practical and cosy. Smartly planned, has everything you need with no needless clutter. The ladies are super kind and accomodating, they even brought me desserts they baked for the family one evening. I felt very welcome there. There are lots of great beaches for dogs 20-40 minutes (walking) from the place, with a car it's probably 5 minutes, also very cyclable. All in all a great place, appropriate for two people and dogs, nice surroundings and great hosts. Would definitely recommend and come back another time to do more exploring of the culture and food which also seems quite abundant in the area. The only minus, especially since my dog has some social anxiety, is that the terrace is right at the entrance so everyone from the building passes it. It's only three other apartments, so it's not really constant, but it was a small setback for our little family.

Super Wohnung fĂŒr Familien. Nicht weit vom Meer.

Sehr schön renovierte gerĂ€umige Wohnung fĂŒr bis zu 5 Erwachsenen. Klimaanlage top - KĂŒche mit allem was benötigt wird (hatten fast nur FrĂŒhstĂŒck zubereitet- man kann aber auch Mittagessen kochen) Vermieterin Ă€ußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ruhelage - trotzdem nur 2km vom Meer entfernt (Strand Campingplatz VeĆĄtar). 1 Taverne und ein Obst /Wein/ OlivenhĂ€ndler in unmittelbarer NĂ€he.

Studio Cocaletto

Wir haben dort einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht und wurden auch von der Gastgeberin und ihrer Tochter mit selbst gebackenem Kuchen verwöhnt. Die Damen waren sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist nicht weit ab von Rovinj, wo man sehr gut einkaufen und flanieren kann. Auch zum Wasser ist es nicht so weit, wo es ĂŒberall noch ParkplĂ€tze gibt ohne zu bezahlen.

Appartamento in una zona tranquilla a 10 minuti dal centro di Rovigno. Comodo per raggiungere in macchina le spiagge della zona. Appartamento spazioso e dotato di tutti i comfort. Ottima l'aria condizionata per i giorni caldi. Host gentilissime e disponibili. Lo consiglio assolutamente.

Posizione geografica, area residenziale, zona silenziosa in ogni orario del giorni, stanze confortevoli e grandi sufficientemente per un soggiorno breve. Bene la proprietaria che si Ăš dimostrata gentile e premurosa.

Konum çok gĂŒzel ve çok sakin. Oda tertemizdi. Odada bize gerekli olabilecek tĂŒm mutfak eƟyalarını bulabildik. DÄ±ĆŸarıdaki bahçede masa ve sandalye de var ve özellikle akƟamları çok keyifli oluyor. Eine Unterkunft bei der man wohlfĂŒhlt

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in der Unterkunft und sind nach wie vor begeistert. Bei der Freundlichkeit der Vermieterin und deren Töchter, fĂŒhlt man sich einfach wohl. Uns gefĂ€llt die Lage, weil es eben nicht weit in die Stadt ist. Erreicht man auch gut mit dem Fahrrad (5 km) und zum Wasser ist es auch gut erreichbar.
