The separate access ensures privacy, and a private parking space on the property is also available.

The beach is only about 600 metres away and offers various beach types such as gravel, rocks, and concrete plateaus, while sandy beaches are accessible at around 2 kilometres. Leisure activities such as water sports, cycling, golf, and excursions to nearby nature parks, as well as cultural highlights, make the location particularly attractive.



Guests can use the fenced garden with a barbecue area, parasols, and a children's playground. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.
