It is located in Štanjera - a part of the town distant about 2,5 km from Rovinj city centre and most beaches on the Rovinj shoreline, but just about 700 m from the tourist camps Villas Rubin and Polari, with everything you may need in the vicinity. The neighbourhood is very friendly and calm, and everything you may need is in your surroundings or can easily be reached by car. Cycling, running and walking routes are all available close by, leading you to the gorgeous Rovinj beachline. The interior size amounts to 27 m2. It is located on the 1st floor.
The Studio consists of a bedroom with a double bed,a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room area with couch (which can be used as an additional sleeping facility for 1person).
