The staff were excellent we booked in early as we were off to a wedding parked the and ledt our luggage at reception and when returned much later they had kindly taken out luggage to our room. Everything about our stay waz excellent comfortable bed clean room great bathroom and shower, also a really tasty breakfast for much the same price as a very ordinary premier inn. So all things considered a very pleasant experience would most definitely use this hotel and other's in there group again and again.

Nice stay at the royal wells hotel Free car parking Close to town, approx a 10 minute walk Room was nice, but more attention needed when cleaning . Top of the wardrobe was covered with dust and the curtains had tea stains all of the bottom of them. Bathroom was clean Breakfast was good
