34 m2 apartment on the 4th and last floor of a residence with lift, ideally located 50 m from shops and very close to the beaches (3 min walk). Free WIFI available. HI-FI sound system in bluetooth. The residence is secured by code and there is ample free parking all year round at the foot of the residence. MAIN ROOM: tiled floor, cupboards, 140 cm bed with EPEDA memory foam mattress and a sofa bed 106 cm wide. KITCHEN CORNER: microwave, 4-burner electric hob, extractor hood, oven, sink, refrigerator, washing machine. Two bay windows opening onto a 12 m2 terrace facing south with views of the sea and the marina. 2 electric shutters for the 2 bays, intercom. BATHROOM with WC: bath, sink. TERRACE WITH GARDEN LIVING ROOM AND TWO LONG CHAIRS. Manual wall blind on the terrace. For information, the household linen (sheets, tea towels, hand towels, ...) can be supplied as an option for an all-inclusive cost of 40 euros per stay, to be paid additionally on site. Main equipment: 82 cm flat screen TV, DVD player, HIFI, oven, washing machine, microwave, Senséo and filter coffee makers, kettle, toaster, column fan. Assez petit, peu de rangement pour ses affaires et aucun pour les courses alimentaires. Canapé pas très confortable. Bonne situation : plage et centre à 2 pas, belle terrasse ensoleillée et vue de la mer.

EXCELLENT SEJOUR A ROYAN

J'ai passé quelques jours très agréables dans l'appartement de Laurent, très calme, bien situé et super bien équipé. Accueil chaleureux et disponibilité totale suite à un problème d'eau chaude qui s'est résolu très rapidement. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Appartement très bien placer, auprès d'un square facile pour se garé a proximité du logement. Appartement bien aménagé, il ne maque rien en ustensile de cuisine, idem pour la salle d'eau, très bonne literie, proche des commerces. A recommander.

la vie est belle

en premier très bon accueil du Propriétaire au premier coup d,oeil en entrant dans la résidence très propre sécurisée. le studio très lumineux tout est nickel et très agréable .terrasse ou ont à pris le déjeuner avec le soleil avec vue sur la sur la gironde près du port et du centre de la ville. nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Superbe région - Nous avons adoré

Nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement par la propriétaire. Ce studio est très agréable et avec un confort que nous avons fortement apprécié, car, il est parfaitement équipé dans les moindres détails. La ville est les commerçants sont très accueillants (un exemple que d'autres villes devraient s'inspirer - Aucun parking payant, sauf, devant les Halles ce qui est compréhensible). Nous reviendrons dans cette ville.
