Room 206 was quite noisy through the night and found I had no hot water in the morning. Offered to shower in another room. Not impressed with matter of factish check out. We're sorry. No proposal for free breakfast or any other forthcoming gesture.

I was very impressed about how luck I was to end up here. I was worried whether I could find a place where I would be able to check in so late (Sunday 10pm) and if the staff would be able to speak any other language than German. Very comfortable stay in a lovey area of NRW. Unfortunately I could not appreciate all the facilities, which are welcoming with their hours of availability. Now I know where to stay the next time I come to the region.

Nice stay, great staff

Hotel staff were very accommodating, especially since we arrived very late coming from a wedding. The breakfast was nice, if a little underwhelming considering the size of the hotel. The cost of the internal parking spaces was 6 euros for 24 hours and there was very little outside spaces so either get there early or be prepared to pay.

Lovely place

The hotel is just in a lovely Overath village the surprising are is so beautiful I would love to recommend this hotel to all of you, All staff were very helpful ,smily faces,the Barman was very helpful and made lovely drinks, lovely place worth every penny.

Goede accommodatie, maar let op. Een rustige omgeving is het niet. Geluid van het bestemmingsverkeer van de industrieterreinen is goed te horen. Maar het ergste is als je een kamer hebt in de buurt van laden en lossen, zoals wij. Dit wordt al gedaan vanaf 6 uur 's morgens. Alle zeven dagen van de week en dan doe je geen oog meer dicht. Dus geen nachtrust.

Herrliches Refugium fĂŒr die kleine Auszeit!

Ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Domizil fĂŒr die kleine Auszeit zwischendurch oder auch fĂŒr lĂ€ngere Aufenthalte. Sicher auch fĂŒr Firmfb und Tagungen sehr interessant. Ein kompetentes und erfahrenes Team das immer freundlich und zuvorkommend handelt vermittelt das GefĂŒhl als Gast sehr willkommen zu sein! Angebote wie der schöne Pool mit Außenanlagen (Sonnenliegen), der Fahrradverleih mit hochwertigen und gepflegten E-Bikes und die benachbarte Tennishalle lassen kaum WĂŒnsche offen. Wer aber auch mal nur Natur, Vogelgezwitscher und eine herrliche Aussicht auf Felder, WĂ€lder und Wiesen des schönen bergischen Lands in aller Ruhe genieseb möchte findet hier einen Platz zum Verweilen. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck ist reichhaltig und lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen, lediglich Brot und Brötchen vermittelten mir den Eindruck aus der Fabrik zu stammen, aber das ist ein persönlicher Eindruck auf meinem „Brotliebhaber-Niveau“! In der Bar und der schönen Terrasse wirbelt ein guter Geist Namens David for den Gast herum und lĂ€sst keinen GetrĂ€nkewunsch unerfĂŒllt! Im Restaurant und auch dort im herrlichen Aussenbereich kann man sich bereits am Nachmittag von sehr gastfreundlichen Menschen jeden kulinarischen Wundch erfĂŒllen lassen und wenn Zeit ist auch noch was ĂŒber Ausflugsziele erfahren oder einfach ein nettes GesprĂ€ch fĂŒhren. Wir fĂŒhlten uns rundherum wohl und willkommen! Tolles Team, und bekannterweise lebt ein Hotel auch und vor allem durch die handelnden Menschen die dort wirken!
